“I keep coming back to this Dunkin’ because of the phenomenal customer service! The lady who works the window in the mornings is always so welcoming, friendly, and patient. Honestly, the food is just average to me, but she is the reason I continue to return. Great customer service can make all the difference, and she definitely does. She deserves to be recognized for the way she treats customers every morning!“

“This Dunkin is very close to where I live so I stop by very frequently for my coffee. I always have an excellent experience here! My coffee is great quality, and the owner/management and staff are always very pleasant and kind when I come inside or through the drive thru.“

“The computer system happened to be rebooting while we were there in the store, so I ordered through the app & the staff asked me the name on the order & made it a priority! They were awesome & very helpful. The place was so clean & my family & I were able to sit & enjoy coffee together!“

“I have been to a lot of DD. This one is by far the best. They never get my drink wrong. One time they did, the owner remade it 4 times!!! I told him its fine. He insisted. My girl in the drive thru knows everyone's order by heart! This place might be a DD but its more like an old fashion coffee shop that cares about the customer. I enjoy seeing them! They always fix their mistakes. Its not that they never make them. They do it and smile and so sweet.“

“I had just left this dunkin and the woman who served us was an absolute saint. We loved her customer service. We didn’t quite catch her name but she had her hair in a ponytail to the side, black hair with pink highlights or streaks, and black glasses. First she apologized for the inconvenience because they were busy but she was super sweet. She first complimented my new nails and for us our drinks. We ordered a donut and I got 3 munchkin pack. She gave us 2 donuts and about 10 extra munchkins for our wait. Absolute angel.“

“It's a nice little place to take a walk to when your kids want a snack and have too much energy! It's awesome, so close to my house and the service has always been on par. I've never had a bad experience. Plus the staff always greet my kids with such energy and kindness when they are with me. “Very fast, food is great no disappointments in that area. The staff was very friendly treated you coming in & out of the store. The store was clean and it was warmer in the store then outside so I could warm up while I wait on my order. Thanks dunkin I may not come everyday but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy your stuff just cant afford expensive coffee everyday so its always a treat when I come thank you have a nice day.“
