It is a very hit or miss experience at this store, with it more than often being a miss. They are more than likely out of items on the regular (twice in one week, days apart, they didn't have the items to make an iced coffee?). They appear to only take one order at a time, and will not take another order until the previous has been completed...which can take several minutes. This was my first time buying a cake for a birthday and I decided to go for this place. All the other places I went to get a cake this one was by far the best. I ordered online for a Oreo cake and when I got it the presentation was very pleasing. The boxing looked really good and they even added some extras on top of the cake for free. A little different experience with menu changes and transition from COVID protocols. The ice cream flavors were plentiful and my selections were good. Kids enjoyed their 1st time at a BR.
