“I love a good retro 50s themed ice cream shop and Hanna's is the best! The decor and vintage pieces of decoration is awesome. I was having a ball just checking everything out. You can't go wrong selling ice cream, but it more than the ice cream, the birch beer floats, banana splits, and malt milk shakes... it the whole atmosphere that takes you back in time! The also sell nostalgic candies and gum! It a very cool place to hang out (pun intended) whether you sit at the counter or in the colourful booths. I highly recommend Hanna's!!“
“I love this coffee shop. The iced Oregon chai is one of my favorites. They also have a bunch of local art work and ceramics you can purchase there. Great place to get unique gifts or try something from a local small business, like the handmade soap they sell.“

“Just stopped in to pick up my pre-order of Peanut Butter Easter Egg ice cream. We had to try the Guinness Chocolate and ….yum! So we took a pint home with us. Always greeted with a smile and welcome on entering! Customer service is great.Parking: The plaza has plenty of parking.“
“It has been some time since we stopped by Reeser's--I think we were coming back from a tubing trip--so we were all hot and in good spirits from the days adventures. We saw a sign for ice cream--smashed the brakes and whipped the Honda Pilot into the parking lot. We were thrilled by what we found--the sundaes(?) were creative and I recall lots of fresh fruit. We love walk up ice cream spots like this... will return if we are in the area.“
“I love going here when I have time and want ice cream...but sometimes I feel like the staff really don't pay attention...I order and caramel pretzel and graham crack crunch...together in a large cup....I got just the caramel pretzel...by the time I realized I didn't have the graham crack crunch I was half was to the cup and the place was closed....like I know I happens.But if u have to repeat what the customer ordered..that would help...“

“A visit to Eckels is like taking a step back in time, and that's GOOD. The food is homemade, tastes yummy, and is very reasonably prices. Delicious Hershey's ice cream is also available in old soda fountain dishes. There is also the option to buy candy out of jars (think the old fashioned penny candy). The owners and staff are kind, helpful and genuine. So much fun. A true delight and my kids love it too!“
“The sandwiches were delicious we had 3 sandwiches and a small ice cream bowl and it came up to $50 quite pricey. The taste and flavor was very good, there is limit sitting inside five sitting tables inside and a clean bathroom. There are some benches outside of the shop. Very nice area.Parking: Limited parking“

“Me and the kids favorite ice cream place all year long. Staff is nice and courteous, Ice cream is delicious, but there are no tables. There are a few seats but that's it. “Overall, the store is great. I do have two complaints, however: 1. They should bring back the salad bar. Saladworks is nice, but I would prefer to pay $6.99 (or even $7.99) a pound to make my own salad, rather than paying $10.49 for a salad at Saladworks that includes lettuce plus 5 toppings, then if you want to add an extra topping, like sunflower seeds, you get charged for the most expensive topping you've selected (which is usually the protein). Also, I've encountered many issues with Saladworks where they have messed up my order - including one time where they did not include my protein. (I usually do mobile orders so I can run in and pick it up, but now I know to check my order before leaving.) If this Giant were to bring back the salad bar, I think they should do away with the various pre-made salads and deserts on the salad bar. I never saw anyone taking any of that stuff and it drives up the price of the salad bar. If any customers want those things, they can go buy them at the deli counter. 2. "Sushi Wednesday" has been a joke recently. Today when I visited the store, there were literally two packages of sushi marked as "Sushi Special" in the display case. The display case was practically full of other sushi (not on sale), by the way. I really feel like their Sushi Wednesday has been used as a bait & switch lately. You go into the store expecting to buy some sushi that's on sale, but you get there and they don't have anything or at least nothing except a Veggie Roll or a basic California Roll. Then, you have been thinking about sushi on your way there, so you have to buy one of their full price ($12.99+) rolls to satisfy your craving. Of course you don't HAVE to... but it sure feels like the old bait & switch gimmick to me.“

“My son's review is that their food is "bussin". From what he tells me that means it's really good and tastes great!Kid-friendliness: They treat kids like people, and listen patiently for them to give their orders. Plus they had cartoons playing on a TV.“
“The food they serve is much better than fast food. The prices are reasonable. It less expensive than Mc Donalds and my stomach doesn't talk to me afterwards. When I eat at McDonald's my stomach is always upset. DQ has real meat. The burgers are good. They have a $5 lunch special that even has an ice cream treat included with it. The ice cream treats are the best. I love the cotton candy blizzard. My husband loves the banana splits. Stop in for good food and great ice cream treats!“

“love urban churn and the unique ice cream flavors! it’s a little pricey but i’m happy to pay the price for the great quality and for a small business. the harrisburg location is notoriously bad at keeping their hours up to date, though. i’ve been disappointed a few times walking for ice cream after dinner to find out it’s closed with no updates on google or social.“

“I have lived here all my life and today was my first Rita's! The weird thing is I love shaved ice, so today had the Root Beer with the Gelato. Parking was easy, pricing was good, cheaper than movie theater. Made a nice midday treat. I really want the lemonade next. See you soon Rita.“
