Marissa was very helpful and service was quick.
We were regular customers when this location opened and found it fun and different. Haven't been there for probably 2 years and boy has it gone down hill. The tables weren't wiped, the weight scale had droppings and drips all over it and the cashier was there dancing to her earbuds. One third of the machines were down and what was there was a pretty bland selection. Again the toppings area was a mess with ice cream drips and toppings everywhere. Very few flavors to pick from. No hot fudge or chocolate syrup. So many of these locations are going down hill.

Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt offers a variety of frozen treats in a clean and welcoming environment. While some flavors may run out, the shop still provides a decent selection of options, and kids especially enjoy the toppings and fun flavors available. The outdoor seating area adds to the enjoyable atmosphere, making it a good spot for a treat after dinner. The staff, including Oliver, are friendly and attentive, restocking and maintaining the toppings bar to keep everything well-stocked and clean. Though some chairs may be broken and certain amenities like chalk for drawing are missing, overall, the place is kid-friendly with high chairs and kid-friendly tables. Despite a few minor issues, such as limited flavors and some wear and tear, the welcoming atmosphere and personal attention from staff make it a place worth visiting again.
