just picked up my order from the New Starbucks on Carlisle rd dover PA and after waiting forever at the drive thru, THE OVER PRICED SANDWICH WAS ICE COLD. NOT EVEN NUKED! BYE!
I know this is going to sound totally weird, but I was so pleased to arrive to Starbucks this evening, when I pulled up to the window the person who greeted me was super nice, she was very kind and asked me about my plans and all these other things, showing she cared so much about her customers, I love her and I barely know her! 💕 she is so kind hearted and genuine and she was so sweet. Friday, 2/5, a barista told my boyfriend "sucks to be you," when he attempted to walk in and order. Due to Covid, the lobby is technically open for pick up only and drive thru services, however, my boyfriend happens to be an EMT. He and his partner were in their rig, had just come from a horrible call, and were refused service because their ambulance couldn't fit through the drive thru and they refused to allow him to order in store.
