I love Rita’s and will continue to come here regularly but it is unacceptable and to me it should not be allowed to only have one person attending many costumers! The girl who was working today 03/12/25 was amazing and was obviously working very hard to attend to all of us but the wait time was obviously very long (45mins to be exact) and because i drove from middletown to here i waited. I hope she gets to keep all the tips to herself!!!
I like the gelati. The cheesecake yogurt is very good. I like how many flavors of yogurt they have. The owner Danette is very nice and kind. She is so kind to my daughter Megan . She is a wonderful woman.
