“Mint Chocolate Chip was on their menu tonight, however they just ran out of it when I ordered at the drive thru. The owner was there and said give me 6 minutes and I'll make a new batch for you. I said it wasn't necessary but he insisted...and this was at 8pm!!! He went above and beyond to make sure I had my favorite flavor misto shake tonight. Thank you, it was delicious!“

“I actually had an opportunity to go to Patches Family creamery ice cream shop one or two different times and honestly it's phenomenal and the place wow and the scenery is amazing and what they do for their customers and honestly the ice cream ? out of this world super delicious and as for the owners and staff very respectful and friendly staff“

“We absolutely love this Rita’s location. They always have a great selection of water ice flavors and custards but they went out of their way to do a custom order for us! They provided us with 6 quarts of chocolate water ice within 24 hrs - it was amazing!!! Thanks Rita’s Palmyra for being AWESOME ?“

“fist time there since new owners and had a blast! ice cream treats were great and reasonably priced and the person working (I think owner?) was very welcoming and awesome! my son and I both loved it. very nice to see this place "restored" to what I remember 20 years ago! I can't wait to go back!“

“I would drive by this place, and without fail, it was always really busy. I figured it had to be a great place since it's always so busy. I also appreciate any local place that is not a large chain place. They make their own creations, and you can't compare what you get here for other places because it's truly so different. I will let you know they only take cash, but the gas station across the street has an ATM. I usually get their M&M Artic Creation. One time, I opted for a banana split, but I was truly unable to eat all of it. I felt like it weighed at least 3 to 5 lbs. If it was around when I would get ice cream with my grandma back in IA, it would have been a game changer. We always were able to get anything we wanted as long as we could eat it all. I ate my first banana split at 5 yrs old. I would never have been able to eat this banana split ever by myself. It's a great option if you are looking to share with others. Still look forward to going back and trying new things from time to time. Great staff too!!“

“The line is not going out the but a few times that I have been there you do have to wait to cash your takes care of one person at a time she Rings one up she must make the order having said that I do enjoy going there the ice cream is not pure sugar I believe diabetics can eat this ice cream and not feel guilty later“

“The sign said something about treating people right. So I asked for a small Pecan Mudslide. The guy said they don’t have small. So I told him what the sign says. He proceeded to make a small Pecan Mudslide for my wife. All I can say is Thank You for treating people right! My wife was impressed that he went out of the way to make her a small. Then he also charged less. Way to go! I wish everyone would put the customer first! This is one of my favorite places now because of what this you man did!

“Drive through is slow. Very slow. I ordered a small strawberry milkshake. I played pulled up to the next window and waited and waited. Finally it came. It was smooth but IMO they need bigger straws. The strawberries were too big to fit through.?“
