I have been the Cleona Rita’s a number of times, during the summer weekly. Two employees stand out Addison and Kody. Both provide exemplary customer service, very polite, and courteous have always greeted me with a smile and “What can I get for you” and made sure I was satisfied with my Dr. Pepper Italian Ice, that happens to be amassing as well.
Mint Chocolate Chip was on their menu tonight, however they just ran out of it when I ordered at the drive thru. The owner was there and said give me 6 minutes and I'll make a new batch for you. I said it wasn't necessary but he insisted...and this was at 8pm!!! He went above and beyond to make sure I had my favorite flavor misto shake tonight. Thank you, it was delicious!

Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard offers excellent customer service, going above and beyond for their customers. Despite being out of Mint Chocolate Chip, the owner made a fresh batch just for a customer. The Gelatis are always amazing, and the staff is polite and friendly. A must-visit spot for delicious Coconut & Pineapple Gelato.
