“Our kids really enjoyed the playground and interacting with the animals. They didn't want to stop playing to get ice cream. Kids could play for an hour or more if it's not too busy. They have a porta potty to use outside. They also benches and picnic tables to sit on outside. They have different photos opportunities for silly pictures. They also have many different options for ice cream and treats.“

“We just happened to stumble upon this place when we had trouble with our tour bus. While our bus was being serviced at Elite Bus.The owner and his wife were just opening and were able to accommodate 49 people. Just the two of them. Food was great and they made us feel so welcome. Great job!“

“My husband and I were on a small getaway and discovered this treasure. I am an ice cream lover and must tell you that this is hands down the BEST ice cream I ever had. My husband profoundly agrees! He wanted to go again before we left but it wasn’t possible. We’re already trying to plan another trip down just to go to Fox Meadows. Also, the staff was so friendly. The you g woman who waited on us was extremely friendly and provided us samples to try. Since it was our first visit we were also given a free beverage each! We 💯 percent recommend!!!!!“

“Delicious ice cream! Varied menu options, pleasant atmosphere. My husband and I both got smalls but wished we’d gotten regulars because they’re tasty. We plan to come back again very soon. The only reason it’s a 4/5 is because we ended up waiting 10 minutes to get our order taken. Seemingly only 3 people on staff running both the creamery and the coffee shop.“

“Splits & Giggles is one of our favorite things about living in Lancaster. Delicious ice cream, pleasant and efficient staff, and the lovely outdoor patio. Owner Dave recently brought the ice cream cart to our gathering of family and friends and everyone raved. Thank you Dave and staff!“

“Great service and Ice Cream always a spot for my kids after school or after sports they love it....its now 2026 and my boys have graduated and our Family still loves it. They do get a lil stingy with the ice-cream they put in the cones. But it's still very good ice cream“

“The young ladies working behind the counter were friendly and helpful. They were quick to help us check the ingredients due to a food allergy and didn’t make us feel like an inconvenience. The ice cream was delicious and they had some great flavors I haven’t seen before.“
“Penny's was such a fantastic addition to our wedding day. It is one of the things I was really excited about and they delivered on quality and service. The ice cream is delicious and the cones are huge. We kept it as a surprise and everyone was so excited and lined up for the truck when it arrived. All of our guests gave really positive feedback about the whole experience. I highly recommend having them be a part of your big day!“

“Me and my daughter were at Tanger Outlets today shopping, we stopped in at river street sweets to get some chocolate the staff there Nicole and Audra were very welcoming and went above and beyond to insure are customer satisfaction. “What a cute little ice cream shop! The girls working were so lovely & patient with our 3 year old son who couldn't make up his mind. Then they came around and handed it to him directly. We were so pleased with the flavors we chose, the atmosphere and the nice tables outside to sit. Absolutely lovely place for a sweet treat! Can't wait to come back.“
