It’s always under staffed for the amount of business they get. Then when I told the girl to just cancel my order. They said ok and let me walk out the door. I then see it was charged to my card and called the store. They said I needed to call the 800 number to get it refunded that they don’t handle that in store. So why not tell me in store.

This Starbucks Coffee Company offers excellent service with kind and genuine employees who remember regulars and greet everyone warmly. The atmosphere is excellent, conducive to work, socializing, and relaxing breaks. Food items like egg bites, cake pops, and all good items are very tasty and spot on. Drinks are great, though a trenta mango dragon fruit refresher with water tasted like water, and drink taste can vary greatly at different locations. One worker played a fun game asking customers about favorite animals. While service is quick and accurate, the location needs more staff to handle the workload. The recent renovations are stunning, and the brief interaction with the team makes coming in worth it.
