Drive thru is now an AI speaker. And I’m 0/3 for getting a correct order with it. It does get all fixed when I talk to a human about it.
Service about as bad as it gets. Consistently terrible service even from management. Everyone seems quite frightened when it comes to acknowledging or engaging with customers.
Food was hot and tasty, but wait was much too long and very short staffed. Tables needed cleaning.
