Britney was completely rude at the second window, we asked if we could get sauce and she looked at us and said no and closed the window in our face as she looked at us like we where idiots, when she opened the window again she just said you didn’t pay and shut the window again. I get you need to charge for sauce however when dealing with a customer who’s paying a simple “absolutely that will just be an additional cost” would have been much better, I would have then payed for the sauce and came back for future business where I would have remembered that information, however because of Britney I will not be returning because I don’t want to give my money to people who are just going to treat me like I’m an idiot

the high school redhead girl at the payment window around 4:45pm had extremely bad attitude. Was super rainy and she didn’t acknowledge us so we rolled the window up while we waited to be seen. Then so went to speak to us and got pissed that we rolled it up. Rolled her eyes and said sarcastically “sorry for the wait”. Once we got to the food window we realized we were missing a large Diet Coke. The guy at the second window said he couldn’t correct our order and made us drive around again. Second time around she was even worse with the attitude. They also gave me the wrong sauce. I don’t usually leave these reviews but this girl woke up and chose to have a bad day.
