I know the corporation doesn’t like that, but as someone who worked in food service and seen returning customers let alone now being the customer, I want to go back because she helped save me $. “Went through the drive through last week the line to order was not long. It took a little bit to pay and get my food. But when I got around the corner close to the window to pay there was a bunch of cars parked in spots waiting on their food. I was like oh no but I made it to the window to pay. Threes minutes later the girl came with my drink. Gave it to me from the pay window. Two minutes after I pulled up got my food and left. Everything was fresh even the fries. It took me a total of 12 minutes to go through the drive through from ordering and leaving.“

“Chill place to relax with a coffee and a muffin. The cranberry orange muffin was so good. We also had a red velvet and chocolate cheesecake muffin. All three were perfectly moist and enough to fill you up for breakfast. The latte and mochas that we ordered were well made with just the right amount of sweetness. We ordered a Coconut Butter Latte, a Peanut Butter Caramel Mocha, and Caramel Mudslide Mocha.“

“I stop here at least once a week. Their beverages are wonderful...sandwiches aren't bad either. Their soups on the other hand leave a lot to be desired. I had the veggie last week...it was so peppery that I couldn't eat it...I had the Italian Wedding soup this week...that was just a downright disgrace! The broth was so salty and I have never had or made Italian wedding soup with sausage meatballs...there wasn't any chicken to be found and carrots, spinach and orzo were nonexistent. The broth was so dark at first I thought they made a mistake. Lesson learned...next time I want Italian Wedding soup I will make my own.“

“I really do enjoy this Starbucks location. The staff is always very friendly, and they make amazing drinks! On 3/20 The café was a bit overwhelmed with mobile and in-store orders. There was one staff member that was taking drinks from the pick up station and placing them over onto the mobile order pick up table which was great, but would’ve been helpful if names were called before just moving the drinks. It created a bit of a cluster since customers were unsure if she was going to read their names or just keep the cups in the mobile pick up area. I would only suggest just reading names before placing them on a different table so that customers can easily grab them and go :)“

Im glad they have this location close to my home and I can grab it on my way to work. The staff are always nice greeted with smiles and small morning conversations. “Grabbed a quick sandwich on 2 different occasions while traveling to Harrisburg. It's a small airport, so there's never a line and able to order right away. They quickly heated up my sandwich and I had it within 2 minutes. Service was fast and friendly. It's convenient when at the airport.“

“We go to Starbucks every single day every day we get the same thing only half the time here lately so our drinks look good let alone taste rite. I'm really disappointed cuz we spent $14.31 for 2 drinks everyday. If it doesn't change going to go to donkin donuts.“

“This Dunkin is very close to where I live so I stop by very frequently for my coffee. I always have an excellent experience here! My coffee is great quality, and the owner/management and staff are always very pleasant and kind when I come inside or through the drive thru.“

“Lobby was spacious, cozy, and warm, and my peppermint mocha Ethiopia was phenomenal. The speed of service was perfect, and I received green apron service from not only one amazing barista but the district manager for Elizabethtown, who took a second to help execute my order before heading out. Literally could not be any better. This was the perfect first impression of this region’s SBX service, and I am impressed.“

“I have been to a lot of DD. This one is by far the best. They never get my drink wrong. One time they did, the owner remade it 4 times!!! I told him its fine. He insisted. My girl in the drive thru knows everyone's order by heart! This place might be a DD but its more like an old fashion coffee shop that cares about the customer. I enjoy seeing them! They always fix their mistakes. Its not that they never make them. They do it and smile and so sweet.“

“Ohmygoodness today 07/31/25 they made my day!! At the airport waiting we decided Dunkin....During the ordering it got mixed up. I figured I was jinxed because again some how I ordered everyone else's food but again mine was missing. Somehow this attendant canceled my part of the order and the rest of my family got their food. Honest mistake, I started to laugh and shared my week out loud. It was a mistake but I just went ahead and dealt with it even though I was upset. I've voiced my thought on it's always a mother's that loses out 😂 another customer agree, She laughed and we both laughed. I walked out disappointed, family was fed that's all that matters. Went across to wait for my flight.
I'm not sure the name of the individual that went ahead and made my meal and walked it over to me where I was sitting at the airport!!! 😭 That absolutely made my day !!! He didn't have to do that, but he did. Thank you!!

“I get up super early really to go to work and I depend in my Dunkin coffee. This store opens up at 4am and I usually am there about 25 minutes after they open. The ladies that open that store in the morning are FANTASTIC! Always greeted with a good morning and a smile and they are efficient. Thank you for what you do, because you make it possible for me to do what I do. Your work matters. 🙏🏽🙌“

“I go here almost every morning through the week days. The staff is excellent. Today was my worst experience. 2 young girls working. I placed my order and not one other customer around. I ordered the 3 coffees. 2 iced and 1 frozen. It took 8 minutes to get my drinks. The one girl was cleaning and the other I didn’t know was there. I beeped my horn after waiting 6 minutes with no greeting. Finally a girl comes to the window and I said I didn’t know what is going on. I been waiting and nobody acknowledged me. She said she was making our coffees which was a lie because they make them at the coffee bar. She closed the window and finally made 2 of the iced. Then finally a few minutes later I got the frozen one. I live 2 minutes away. They didn’t look correct. I got mocha which is always a dark look it .‘my son got peppermint mocha. It tasted like water. My husbands was frozen peppermint mom ha and it tasted like water. I even used my rewards which made me mad. That was 1000 points.“

“I just left the drive thru, and boy was I surprised. You see this location doesn't have a good rating, so I didn't set my expectations high. But, just like every other time I visited this location the ratings do not match the service and quality. The person taking my order was very pleasant. Once I pulled forward the window person took my money with a smile, and told me my food would be ready in a minute. Then, the person which originally took my order handed me my bag. Now my wraps were a special request, which most locations get it wrong and put them in the same sleeve to which they stick together and almost never come in a proper bag. But, not here. They were individually wrapped and placed in a bag. Thank you so much this was the best experience yet at a Dunkin.“
