This is a positive and a negative experience technically. I always have a positive experience when Lori is working. She is amazing. When she isn't there my order ends up being messed up. I had asked for a frozen coffee and they had to ask me like three or four different times about me wanting cream and I said I wanted whipped cream. My experience with this place is like night and day. One day everything is perfect, no complaints. Other days things are missing, drinks are half full, employees are rude and often intimidating if I’m being honest.
