“I really do enjoy this Starbucks location. The staff is always very friendly, and they make amazing drinks! On 3/20 The café was a bit overwhelmed with mobile and in-store orders. There was one staff member that was taking drinks from the pick up station and placing them over onto the mobile order pick up table which was great, but would’ve been helpful if names were called before just moving the drinks. It created a bit of a cluster since customers were unsure if she was going to read their names or just keep the cups in the mobile pick up area. I would only suggest just reading names before placing them on a different table so that customers can easily grab them and go :)“

“I just left the drive thru, and boy was I surprised. You see this location doesn't have a good rating, so I didn't set my expectations high. But, just like every other time I visited this location the ratings do not match the service and quality. The person taking my order was very pleasant. Once I pulled forward the window person took my money with a smile, and told me my food would be ready in a minute. Then, the person which originally took my order handed me my bag. Now my wraps were a special request, which most locations get it wrong and put them in the same sleeve to which they stick together and almost never come in a proper bag. But, not here. They were individually wrapped and placed in a bag. Thank you so much this was the best experience yet at a Dunkin.“

“Been to dang near every coffee shop in the local area and I must say not only is their coffee amazing but so is the rest of their menu. I enjoy a hot coffee normally but during hot times their frozen matcha which is the best I’ve had in my personal opinion. Along, with the rest of their menu nothing ceases to amaze me every time I go there. I’ve recently ventured into their food menu and literally everything I’ve gotten has been fantastic no complaints whatsoever. The whole crew is filled with sweet women who are all very attentive, respectful, and great people in general when you get to know them. I’m always welcomed when I come in with smiles and they’ve remembered my name for a good minute now. I must say they’ve got to be the best coffee shop in the county in my opinion. I’d recommend anyone to come and give them a try you won’t be disappointed.“

“Our orders were great but the place was tiny, there was no way to tell if there was a line for the register or not or where it began or ended. “This was my third time visiting this Starbucks at this airport and what I will start off and say that there is one barista that is always cleaning the store and he always makes my day especially with his manager they always make jokes but the main reason I made this review was to say , the service was amazing everytime but I did have a little issue with my drink there was 2 fruit flys /nats in my pink drink and when the guy told another baraista that he was gonna make me my drink again . I guess the other guy was saying he needs to ring me up or something but I think he was new because the barista I knew told him to go sweep the floor and he was gonna do orders because “ I’m not going to be here all night especially if I’m doing everything “ and I definitely agree he was doing everything and the other guy just stood there on his phone and then proceeded to stand there with his hands in his pocket . UNACCEPTABLE“

“Ordered my Starbucks order at 10:15 am roughly on 9/21. Saw in the app it said 34 mins. When I got there, all the staff were busy working through all the mobile, drive thru and walk in orders. I know a lot of people were complaining about the wait, but I thought the staff and management worked amazing to get through all the orders in a timely manner! Thank you again!“

I stopped in right at closing time, but the staff graciously opened the doors for me. The cold brew they served me got me all the way to my destination— and I still couldn’t sleep when I got there! “Recently enjoyed a “High Tea Luncheon” with our Red Hat Group. Would rate the food, service, customer accommodations as one of the best we’ve experienced. If you’re looking for a local vendor to celebrate a special event this should be a location to consider. Soup, salad, sandwiches, and dessert are outstanding. The tea and scone choices were seasonal , full flavored, and delicious!“

They truly are the freaking best & deserve a raise. Especially Brandon!With the world being what it is today, it can be quite brutal sometimes. Over the past few years I feel there has been a major decrease in customer service overall/ generally speaking. Regardless what service/ store.Brandon & Nas made me realize that good work ethic within our youth still does exist & I strongly feel that when it’s experienced, it needs to be shared. I ordered the 3 coffees. 2 iced and 1 frozen. It took 8 minutes to get my drinks. The one girl was cleaning and the other I didn’t know was there. I beeped my horn after waiting 6 minutes with no greeting. Finally a girl comes to the window and I said I didn’t know what is going on. I been waiting and nobody acknowledged me. She said she was making our coffees which was a lie because they make them at the coffee bar. She closed the window and finally made 2 of the iced. Then finally a few minutes later I got the frozen one. I live 2 minutes away. They didn’t look correct. I got mocha which is always a dark look it .‘my son got peppermint mocha. It tasted like water. My husbands was frozen peppermint mom ha and it tasted like water. I even used my rewards which made me mad. That was 1000 points.“
