Tea and facility were great. Didn’t get the normal “welcome, helpful” attitude when I visited this one like other SB locations. I believe it was the person in charge that turned me off for the day.
Such friendly staff! I walked in and was greeted by multiple people. The employee that got my order was very kind. Such a cozy environment too!
I brought my grandchildren to your Starbucks. They live in Cambodia where their parents work as Bible translator missionaries. So- going to Starbucks was a real treat. The owner and staff were so kind and after several visits even offered to the children free dessert pops. So- great memories were permanently made! Thank you!

One visitor brought grandchildren from Cambodia, and the owner and staff were so kind they offered the children free dessert pops, creating great memories. Another customer had not visited in a long time, and a staff member made a suggestion that was perfect. Orders are always perfect, and one staff member named Micheal is sweet and hands out samples, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. A customer who had a rough morning was helped when their sandwich was out of stock; the barista offered a substitute and gave a small giftcard for next time. Another daily pick-up customer receives positive affirmations on their coffee almost every day, a little something extra that sets this location apart and helps start the day on a positive note.
