Everything was great except.....1 of the drinks that I ordered came with curly chocolate slivers as a topping, and my daughter wanted extra, so I added extra (and was charged $$ for the additional topping.) When we picked up our drinks, there were no toppings at all. I asked, and they said the chocolate curly topping was seasonal, and they hadn't had it for more than 2 months and that she wasn't able to credit me back for the upcharge since I placed order on the app. So my complaint is with the app, I guess. Why allow add-ons to be added if the location has been sold out of it for months.

The baristas here are literally amazing. My sister came in for her birthday, but was having issues with the app, so the barista, Katelyn, took her order and let her have everything else for free! She was very sweet and amazing. The buildings overall clean inside too and it was a very welcoming place.

It is absolutely the worst place I have been if I am being honest. I saw mice and mouse droppings, and the service wasn't much better. This one employee, Addie was trying to gossip about the person that was in front of me and let's just say it wasn't anything good about genders. I also saw her push her workers out of the way to get orders done her way, even though the other workers were doing it correctly. On a separate occasion I saw this one manager Ash make this one employee cry. They were having a talk near the back but you could still hear them, and Ash was being super harsh to the other employee where they got one drink wrong and were trying to fix it but Ash stepped in and called them back to chew them out. They left this one poor employee Nicole out by herself and she was doing her best but was doing all the work. I have been going for about 3 years and will not be coming back ever again because of how badly they treat their workers.
