My buddy got a milk shake (which apparently they're known for) and said it was delicious.Lots of picnic tables to sit at outside as well as activities like arcade and nice looking mini-golf course. “We come all the way from Massachusetts and always stop for ice cream and breakfast! The food is always so delicious and of course the ice cream! The staff is so nice and we love seeing them every year! We even get the best souvenirs to bring home! Johnny is hilarious and always so fun to have as our waiter! “Love the ice cream but recently it seems they have changed their chocolate peanut butter brownie. I have had a few pints over the last month or two and it’s like tar! It has changed 😩 and seems like they out way to much chocolate and now you can’t even taste the brownie or peanut butter.“

I frequent weekly and sometimes flavors are "just right" and other times taste and appear to be watered down (Cherry watered down to taste and appears pink in color instead of deep red this week). The facility was spotless, and I was especially impressed by how accessible it was. My friend is handicapped, and the ramp was conveniently located right next to the parking area, which made everything so easy for us. “Crumbl Cookies in York, PA is a cute and welcoming spot with a great smell as soon as you walk in. When I visited around 6:30 PM, it wasn’t very crowded, which made the experience feel relaxed.

However, the customer service could have been better. As a first-time customer, I felt there was very little guidance or explanation about the ordering process and the different cookie options.

The cookies themselves were good, although they were a little too sweet for my personal taste. Overall, I’d rate the experience 6/10. The location is cute, the atmosphere is nice, and it’s worth trying at least once.“

“The service depends on employees and how far you are sitted from bar. Locals get all the speedy service and conversation which makes waiting on our meals more irritating.“

“The worker “Aiva” was exuberant, and immediately brightened my day. I understand tips are not a large part of their salary, since it isn’t a serving job, so I could tell Aiva was only this positive out of the kindness of her own heart, and very attributable to her character. I have just suffered a loss, and have not been able to pull myself out of bed. I went into SWEET FROG for ice cream to try to cheer myself up. Well, I’m happy now, but I’m not sure if it was the ice cream (😋) or “Aiva”. Just wanted to say the working staff here run a well oiled machine and they all attract customers. York SWEET FROG is booming. I told my extended family to all come in some time this week. I hope “Aiva” is working.“

“We stayed this past Summer in July and we loved everything about it!!!! The Shoe is so neat and unique on the outside as well as the inside!!! Inside was like a museum to us! We loved looking at all of the memorabilia throughout the house!! So glad we got to enjoy the shoe! So many memories and an unforgettable experience!!“
