terrible customer service reps and supervisors. app messes up and customers are ones who get screwed over.
Honestly, they were great up until 4 years ago. Food quality and quantity has taken a nose-dive. Prices have increased greatly and it really is not worth it anymore.
It was my go-to for road food for well over a decade and at this point, I'd rather go elsewhere.
Oh and BRING BACK THE TOTS!!
Drive thru and they forgot the order. And when I finally got it, was cold.
