I went through the drive thru today, and their sandwich maker had just had a seizure. So there was no sandwiches available. The very professional, very polite drive thru girl explained the situation in the nicest way possible. She was so sweet and well spoken. Exactly what you want when you're going through a drive thru. I thanked her, and I thank her management for training her properly. Someone like that is an asset to have around. Hold onto that one. God bless
