I placed a mobile order today for the $1 daves single and a large chili. I ordered extras on the sandwich as well as hot sauce and sour cream for the chili. My order was 100$ accurate and everything was great.

Burger was delish but fries were cold from start. Shouldve complained but left before could do something about it.
4 orders... 1 Job.... Wrong order every single time. Its not rocket science. It really can't get much easier. How can they possibly be that incompetent. Don't waste your time and money trying to order from this place. The kids used to like Wendy's. Before we moved to York county. Get it together.

We purchased and used a coupon at first, but it didn’t take it off when we paid. So the nice cashier added in another food item and was totally fine with it. Service was great and quick.

So the staff needs some assistance with customer service. The drive thru clearly has workers sitting/standing around talking. But no one can take orders at 930 pm.

UPDATE: 11/13/2023 - I have always had problems at this location, but this morning took the cake. I took my kids, because it is close, but I will never make that mistake again. It was bad enough that when the lady opened the drive-thru window, my entire car filled with the smell of weed. Thanks... I have and 8 and a 10 year old in the back. Then my son gets his French toast sticks out, and there is a BITE TAKEN OUT OF ONE!!! He lost his appetite and couldn't eat anything. To top it all off, the potatoes were cold, and the sandwiches tasted horrible. I'll stick with Sheetz or Rutter's from now on of I want to treat my kids to a quick breakfast before school.Tried to post a pic, but it won't let me. Go figure.
