“There was an issue with the Dunkin app charging me the incorrect amount yesterday. I showed the owner my receipt and transaction history on the app proving they did not match. He very generously rectified the issue. I have not experienced customer service at this level for years. Fantastic!“

“Been to dang near every coffee shop in the local area and I must say not only is their coffee amazing but so is the rest of their menu. I enjoy a hot coffee normally but during hot times their frozen matcha which is the best I’ve had in my personal opinion. Along, with the rest of their menu nothing ceases to amaze me every time I go there. I’ve recently ventured into their food menu and literally everything I’ve gotten has been fantastic no complaints whatsoever. The whole crew is filled with sweet women who are all very attentive, respectful, and great people in general when you get to know them. I’m always welcomed when I come in with smiles and they’ve remembered my name for a good minute now. I must say they’ve got to be the best coffee shop in the county in my opinion. I’d recommend anyone to come and give them a try you won’t be disappointed.“

“I usually never write reviews but I really have to shout out this Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve gone to every Dunkin in York PA and this is the ONLY one that I can go to and order the same thing and EVERY TIME it taste amazing. It’s the consistency for me, you guys do a great job and thank you for always making me happy when I leave the drive-thru!“

“I tried Common Grounds for the first time this morning and had the best experience! Upon parking in the church parking lot out back, the preschool director happened to see me and my daughter in the rain and asked if we wanted to walk with her through the church so as not to get wet. She was so kind! Everyone we met was so nice. The staff at the cafe were warm and the whole vibe was cozy. The coffee was so delicious! I ordered a peppermint mocha and the barista asked if I wanted white or dark chocolate. I asked her opinion and she said try the white - I'm so glad I did! We'll definitely be back! 😃“

“I did not appreciate the worker named Gabriella with the purple bangs and whoever was working with her tonight talking crap on me super loudly and pointing and staring at me when all I did was walk in and order food for me and my family. No one should have to sit there and hear those things and be treated like that when they did nothing but try to get food.“
