Drinks are fantastic. We went today for the first time. The brunch breakfast sandwiches were not great. The bacon was under cooked and the bagel sandwiches were cold. Cold bacon, cold egg and cheese and the butter on the side was hard as a rock. But I’d go back for the drinks.

Phat Cat Coffee Company is a local coffee shop right on main street in Red Lion, next to the Sign of Horse, with an inner doorway connecting them. It is a very good, fantastic, and amazing place for coffee and drinks, including outstanding cappuccino, seasonal lattes, Iced Caramel Coffee, Cold Brew with Sweet Cream, and the delicious coconut delight cold brew. The drinks are perfect. The food is very good, with unique and delightful sweet toasts, savory toasts, a French Toast Muffin, and a Cheesecake Brownie that are absolutely delicious and worth a try. The brunch breakfast sandwiches, however, were not great, with reports of undercooked bacon and cold bagel sandwiches.
The café itself is clean, cute, bright, welcoming, and comfortable with a very nice atmosphere. It is an awesome place to relax and enjoy your favorite coffee beverage. They have great inside seating and a gorgeous, comfy outside patio and beautiful courtyard with lots of outdoor seating, umbrellas, and a cozy fireplace section. The staff are always super friendly, kind, accommodating, and efficient. The shop showcases art from students at the high school, showing how supportive they are of the community. It is a quality small local coffee shop and a great place to stop in.
