I was surprised by a $5.00 gratuity that was added to my $11 order. When I asked I was told added it but if I said it wasn't authorized they could void it and reprocess the transaction. At this point the card terminal was handed to me and the tip page was never displayed previously was visible making me certain it was added by the employee. No apology and maintained it was my error.
