“I’m no fan of sushi, so I can’t speak to that, but I LOVE hot-and-sour soup. I’ve been disappointed with the soup at several other restaurants in the area, but Wild Ginger’s version of it is PHENOMENAL! Loaded with wonderful stock and truly having a sour taste with a subtle kick of spicy. (It’s surprising how many restaurants do not have both.) I could have made a meal out of it. Will definitely be back.“

“We visited this location on 4/4/2026. We decided to eat here since it's close to.the college my son attends. This was our first time ever eating at Cheddar's. The food and service was excellent. My son loved the Buffalo chicken wraps. My daughter got the tender meal but only at the fries, because she ate some of my wife's steak. Normally we have to find a place that serves lamb for her to eat something other than tenders when we go out.“

“We went on 2/8/25. Staying at the Hampton inn for a dance comp. Our waiter, unfortunately l, didn’t catch his name was absolutely AMAZING! More people kept getting added to our party, he, without hesitation, added more tables and chairs. He took our orders and separated the checks without us even asking. “I am a local truck driver. As I finished my last delivery almost 2 hours from home. I google “subs near me”. This place popped up. Wasn’t too far out of my way. And I didn’t have a trailer so I went off to find this place. (Small shops are the best in my opinion), the Italian sub on a fresh baked roll was amazing. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area. “So I called in a pick up order of a pizza and mozzarella sticks. When I called I mentioned I had a coupon (from their menu) for a large cheese pizza for 10.99. The girl on the phone said bring it with me. So I did. I went to pick it up; gave her the coupon and she looked at her coworker and showed it to him and she said I don't think we're taking this right now. So I told her it's from the menu I had at home and her response was "we go through phases of when we take them." Didn't even bother to ask management. Now there was no expiration date on it mind you and no one said that on the phone. So what started out as a 17.00 order was now 27.00. Sometimes you have to go above and beyond to avoid these types of reviews. GREAT customer service would have been easily accepting YOUR own coupon. If you go through "phases" don't print the coupon bc the consumer doesn't know when your phases take place. This could've easily been a 4 or 5 star. The food tastes great but the "phases" comment left me floored.“

I had the best Mexican food thing I've ever eaten I forget what it's called but it had chicken, chorizo, and steak and nopales (prickly pear) in this amazing sauce and it came in a little lava rock bowl with guacamole, beans and tortillas on the side. “This restaurant is Excellent in Every category! I have Never had a bad meal at this restaurant. The food is just as great as the view overlooking the golf course. There is plenty of seating, a large game room and many options! The bathrooms are clean and the waiters and waitresses are excellent! Honestly, I don’t know how anyone could knock this place. “Soo, Ive been wanting to try this place for a while.I have been driving by it for quite some time now. I've heard mixed reviews about the food here, and my son ordered food using Door Dash once, and we both thought it could have been better. I think the freshness factor played a big part in that. Ordering from Door Dash is usually the most convenient option; that being said, it isn't necessarily the best option.
I had a chance very recently, to stop in at Scotty Dog's, and give it a try. I will say, that it's a very nice place! It looks to be newly renovated. They are able to accommodate larger groups, and when we were there, it wasn't too busy.
I will say honestly, the food that I had was very good! The crab chowder was really tasty! So was the toasted cheese crabcake sandwich! Others that were with me also commented on how good their food was. Everyone was enjoying the food and good service.
The only thing ( or two) that I will say that isn't positive, is the portion size, and the price, don't coincide with each other. I wouldn't suggest that you don't go here too terribly hungry. It will cost you a good amount, to fill up. A medium sized bowl of cream of crab, was $12.00! I could see paying $8.00, because it was indeed, very good. A good amount of crabmeat, in that chowder. $12, is a bit much, I'm my opinion. Alot of items were pricey. About $4 to $6 overpriced. Was it good? Certainly. In today's economy, though, this is a bit high, for my taste. If you meet friends here, have an app, and a drink, you'll probably leave, without your wallet feeling too much lighter. I don't suggest that you come here really hungry, though, because you will pay generously, to satisfy a large appetite. In these economic times, high prices are not what's best for the customer.“

“My family eats only organic and very healthy. Bake our own breads organic from scratch etc. at home. We rarely eat out because most restaurants use junk ingredients. When we do eat out we eat pizza and subs. We travel to Angelino's in Philly, Franks in Baltimore, NJ, NYC we travel to eat the best pizza places known period. York County is not a desirable place for good pizza. However they're serving real flour here to make their fresh bread daily, make their pizzas etc. Unbleached and potassium bromate free. This makes the elasticity harder to work with which is why most pizza shops around here cut corners and use crap flour. I do recommend ordering the pies crispy for the absolute best presentation and taste. All the wood fire pizzas are very good as are the regular pies. Their cheesesteak sub which I tweaked to have provolone, chopped ribeye and fried onions versus white American is very good as well. Made with their fresh daily baked bread. Gold Crust always had the best cheesesteaks in town, they may have just gotten knocked off that block. Probably the only place we will eat pizza around here ever again for these reasons. Good job guys!!!“

But hadn't frequented the white rose after they went to a more upscale setting, my old high school homie suggested we go there and after we got seated I found out his out of town visit was for a death in his family that he assumed I knew about but I did not... now your staff being as great as you guys are and the food made this bad personal experience for us very nice otherwise, and it made me feel I may visit again sometime for lunch and a cold 🍺“

“The Cove has been one of our top 3 restaurants for years. No doubt I would still recommend them to anyone BUT we were there on Friday and I was SO disappointed. They changed their fries! They used to be so crispy and good, double fried (I'm guessing) in peanut oil. Now they're just ordinary. I'm not generally a big fan of fries, but I loved theirs. I so hope they bring them back! ❤️“

“If you just looking for a normal 2 egg breakfast with coffee you can't go wrong here. The food is consistent and good usually. I go here often enough and I have had days where things where off but then again I've had that happen everywhere . The food here is good , good price, and the staff is friendly and fast.“

“We were looking for a new chinese buffet to frequent when we moved to the area and this is definitely it. The general theme of other reviews were that it was smaller but everything was fresh and delicious. That is 100% the case! The last few years every time we've tried to go to a buffet everything just kind of tasted like old oil or just wasn't very good. At imperial gourmet we cleaned our plates every time. Everything was flavorful, and even though the buffet itself was small they rotated in different dishes. They didn't overfill anything so there wasn't any old food. They're doing it the right way! We will definitely be back soon!“

I always order online and when I go into the store to pick up my order, the phone is ringing off the hook and several people are in the store placing orders. My team and I visited and most of us ordered a Boli. We were told a small would feed one person. So I ordered a large. Holy Stromboli, this thing was huge. I only got through half but I brought it home so I can enjoy it for the next two days. It was so good I felt like it was sent from heaven above. This was EASILY the best food I have ever eaten in Pennsylvania. I can't recommend Shakey Jakes enough. Can't wait to go there again in 3 days when I finally finish my large Boli.“

From the edgy (often loud) rock - hard rock music pumping through the restaurant, to the staff - always friendly and helpful, though not always what "some" would consider front line wait staff , to the food..... Always amazing and made to perfection. Special requests are handled with precision. I highly recommend giving this local, family business a try! My favorite is the Surf and Turf with Peach Warrior sauce but there are so many delicious options. My only "wish" is that you would offer a delivery option like Uber eats... even if it is only during off peak times of the day. I totally get that at times you are busy enough without the 'extra'.“
