“I used to go to Pizzatown (R.I.P.) because it was closer and the food there was good. I'd gotten food from Babbo's a bunch of times since the closure and the food is very good. Most recently I got a white pizza with broccoli and tomatoes and it was excellent.

I like that Babbo's has a drive thru, as opposed to having to park and walk in like some of the other restaurants in town. I would recommend using the online ordering system instead of calling it in, if this is your first time ordering with Babbo's.“

“Found this little gem of a cafe tucked in the rear of all the big chains on the main street. Reasonably priced and every kind of crepe you might desire prepared by the owner right before your eyes. All were tasty and we were impressed by the huge bar of chocolate he used to melt it directly on the crepe while it cooked. A great place to try for something a little different!“

I was being a bit nosy about the basement when a gentleman who worked there noticed and kindly asked if we’d like to take a peek. Thank you again — that small gesture showed how much you care about your visitors’ experience. During the reception, a family with three young kids started to get a little bored. That same gentleman came out with a basket of brand-new Matchbox cars and gave each child one. Wow! What a thoughtful and above-and-beyond thing to do. “Bills takes me back to a time when I was a young child. It's a beautiful old restaurant. The staff are fantastic, especially the older lady who waited on us. She said she was the waitress there from the time it was opened, many years ago. Food is fantastic! We always went for the breakfast, which came quick and was always delicious! Pricing is very reasonable. The only thing that I would change is, you have to pay cash, no cards. But, I did say it took me back. Thanks Bill, great job!“

She asked if we were celebrating anything special, and tonight just happened to be our 5th anniversary. She went above and beyond by getting our children’s meals out first, which we truly appreciated. The food was incredible from start to finish. To top it all off, she left the sweetest note on our bill and surprised us with dessert. “My husband and I went to visit my daughter--in-law, we went to today's pizzeria and I was shocked. The crust was very thin, the amount of sauce and cheese was perfect and the atmosphere in there was great. I also recall ordering a hole bunch of wings for a family reunion and that was the best chicken wings I ever tasted. I have recommended this place to a lot of people I know.

“We were looking online for a good restaurant to have lunch in Hummelstown before taking our tour of Indian Echo Cavern. We came across the Chatterbox which had overwhelmingly positive reviews so we decided to try it. We weren't disappointed. My wife and I both had potato soup and the chicken salad sandwich. The potato soup was served piping hot with a perfectly seasoned light broth that was chock full of chunks of potato. The chicken salad sandwich was served on a croissant and was literally bursting with a generous portion of chicken salad topped with slices of beautifully ripe tomatoes and lettuce. Everything was made with the freshest ingredients by Roxy, and the desserts were also home made by her husband. Both were delightful hosts as well, spending time giving us a tour of their unique interior (if you love collectible antiques and old adverting, this is a mecca for both) and relating their colorful family history. This is a delightful place to have a delicious lunch in a warm, quaint atmosphere. Highly recommend!“

It warms my heart to know there are still amazing people out here I’m sitting here in the restaurant and this old man comes in to get his food and he’s very elderly with a cane and couldn’t walk very well and the lady working here ran to help him. She helps get his sauces and stuff in the bag then helped him out and into his car. I hope and pray the best for that lady I have an older dad and I hope and pray people treat him with that amount of compassion when he’s gets to that stage!! I 10/10 recommend this places !! During our most recent visit, my husband and I. we're taken back to what appeared to be management decision. While we were eating, we overheard management approach a booth with two women, a man and a child say that that table had a reservation and the party has arrived, So they will need to finish. Up. Although the family was clearly close to leaving, the young child was still drinking his soda and seemed disappointed that he needed to leave it behind. The situation seemed very uncomfortable and unnecessary, since they appear to be wrapping up on their own.. The was very disappointing to hear, considering that there should have been some kind of an overflow for this type of situation. Sincerely Disappointed !!“

The reason for four stars is because the women's bathroom could be cleaner. We would eat there again.“

Fast forward to last night: I stopped in for happy hour with a friend, and we grabbed seats at the bar. It was surprisingly comfortable and not overcrowded at all. The two bartenders were fantastic—warm, funny, and attentive. And the cocktails… OH MY GOSH. Just try them. You’ll thank me later! I had the fried chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy and was very good. my fiance had the chopped steak and she wasn't disappointed. one grandaughter had the chicken tenders and fries and the other the Philly cheese steak. next time we are in hershey for vacation we will be coming back for sure .thank you for the great food and great service“
