Terrible experience portion size was terrible had to constantly tell the guy behind the counter that the chicken was minimal and it needed more. Got a chips and queso large, they didn’t have the audacity to fill the bag up and barely put any queso in the cup. For the price i paid i thought it was absurd

Based on recent reviews, Chipotle Mexican Grill in Shrewsbury is a high quality chain restaurant that has gotten much better over the past few years. The food is always hot and tasty, and many of the ingredients appear fresh now. The staff is usually happy to accommodate custom requests, and the location remains busy most nights. Specific employees are frequently praised: one manager always smiles and is very helpful, another worker on pickup orders delivered extra everything for a customer, and a younger lightskin girl is described as the BEST CHIPOTLE WORKER EVER, always smiling and giving the best portions. However, some issues were noted. The food is now over salted, especially lately, with too much salt on everything. One customer reported no vegetables available at 5:50 pm during dinner hour, only corn and tomatoes with cilantro. Despite these problems, the service from certain staff members is considered excellent, making this location the best by far compared to over a dozen others visited.
