I ordered online 1/05/23 for pickup at 5:40. the order was for two bowls one chicken and one steak. I needed to wait an extra minutes because it was not ready at that time. When I got home with the order my wife said that something was missing and could not eat it all. My steak bowl was missing the black beans and salsa also the rice was very cold the meal looked like it was slopped together. This was the first time I've ordered from Chipotle and will be my last time.
I went in yesterday for dinner. It was my first time at chipotle, all of the employees were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was great too. Definitely planning on being back soon!

It was really good food once I got it. I ordered through the app to pick it up. The staff was friendly and let me know they were cooking the beef so it would be a little time. I appreciated that i was made aware as a lot of places do not tell you. They just leave you to wonder.
