The very first time my husband brought it home I could smell it's deliciousness just as soon as he opened his car door!(in the garage with that door closed!) You can't ever go wrong...it's a crispy crust and not doughy. the cheese and sauce are delicious and any toppings we have tried, as well! Our newest FAVORITE place for pizza❤️”

“Had a few friends in from out of town and I recommended we try something different. Made a reservation with Old Westminster Winery and we were very pleasantly surprised. It is a "hidden gem" of Carroll County! Staff was very nice, cozy-laid back atmosphere, food was delicious. Jacob is the Manager and very hospitable and making sure everyone was pleased. I would highly recommend visiting!!”

“We visited Westminster last Thursday to meet up with my sister who recently moved to Frederick, Md from Hawaii. We stopped first at TownHall Mall and were very impressed with the stores that were open. Disappointed that many stores were only open on weekends. Stopped at Jeannie Bird Bakery for a late afternoon snack. Wow! What a great selection of baked items! We tried some scones which for late afternoon were incredibly fresh and tasty. Also tried a slice focaccia bread which was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly. Their iced tea was remarkable. So sorry that we live in Bel Air an hour away. Would make this bakery our #1 eatery.”

“On a cool and sleepy early spring Thursday, we ere the 1st customers for lunch, not having been here for most of a decade, since before the pandemic. That Ying Thai even exists speaks to the stability and staying power of the business.

We really were wowed. The lunch specials are very cost-effective with portion sizes that represent exceeding good value. Spice can be moderated to taste (they will ask you to rate 1 to 5, how spicy) and service was rock solid by the charming waitress. The dozen or so lunch specials on the menu, all are priced the same, with a small variable depending on the protein you select (tofu, chicken, shrimp or beef).

The physical space is small (we can easily imagine the dozen small tables being full) and parking is quite limited right nearby (tiny municipal paid parking lot) but this inconvenience is well worth it. We definitely plan to come back.”

“I had a cake made for my dad’s 80th birthday. He has been an avid pheasant hunter for most of my life and he loves his English Setters! This cake literally brought me to tears when I picked it up. It was so amazingly done! The dog on the cake is his current, and probably last setter, and the picture of him is one I took when we went on a trip to SD a number of years ago. He was so moved by this cake, he just kept saying “this is so special, wow” Thank you for making this incredible cake and helping my dad have a very special 80th birthday!❤️”

The pizza is one of the best we have had - and we have had a lot! the crust is perfect, the cheese and toppings are fresh and very good and the sauce is perfect. “Had not been to Olive Garden in years and was honestly surprised by the overall quality of the food. It was much better than expected. The Lasagna Fritta appetizer, basically deep fried pieces of lasagna served with marinara sauce, was surprisingly tasty and a great start to the meal. The soups were all very flavorful, though a bit on the salty side. The salad was the weak point for me since it barely had any dressing or seasoning. The famous breadsticks were also disappointing and tasted a little stale despite supposedly being fresh from the oven. The main dishes were decent overall, nothing particularly memorable, but certainly not bad. Service was very good though, and our waiter was friendly, attentive, and stayed on top of everything throughout the meal. One thing that really stood out was the $6 take-home meals, which ended up being a great value and made for an easy lunch the next day.”

“We had Mission BBQ Westminster cater our wedding at Hummingbird Chateau, and they were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Their communication leading up to the event was impeccable, which made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. On the day of the wedding, the staff was so friendly, professional, and attentive. One moment that really stood out to our family was when my grandmother’s table was dismissed for dinner. A staff member took the time to ask her exactly what she wanted, told her to relax, and personally made her a plate and brought it right to her. That level of care and thoughtfulness meant so much to us and is something we will never forget. Sabrina, the manager, and her entire team were fantastic to work with. They made everything so easy, and we truly didn’t have to worry about a thing. It also helped that they had worked with Hummingbird Chateau before, you could tell everything was seamless and well-coordinated. The food was amazing, the service was top-notch, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Mission BBQ for any event.”

“These guys are very kind and the food is delicious! We have been looking for a quality sushi restaurant and we drove thirty minutes to find this one. I would recommend it to friends for sure and they served us an appetizer and a dessert. We bought the Christmas tree roll, the Wayne, the amazing tuna, lemon salmon, and the happy roll. The rice ratio on the rolls was perfect and all of them were light and juicy. Large servings. Great customer service. Thank you guys and wishing you all the best success. Keep up the great work.”

Mozzarella sticks were also pretty bland and marinara sauce was as sameSo go try it for yourself just manage your expectations.”

“T.J.’s Corner Grill is the best spot in Sykesville — steak and cheese is bomb, strong drinks, and a bartender named Trish who’s basically powered by caffeine and chaos. She’ll take your order, get distracted by a shiny object, and still somehow bring you exactly what you wanted. It’s part of the magic. Great food, good laughs, and service that’s equal parts heart and ADHD. Loose Cannon always on draft!”

“Dani is super sweet and welcoming everytime I come in! She knows me now and makes sure my wheat allergy is taken care of with no issues! I have seen her interact with other customers, and she ALWAYS treats them with kindness. Even as she was leaving, she made sure to acknowledge me before she exited the building. This is one of 3 places I can safely eat in town, so thank you! I have never had an issue getting food when she is here! Only downside to ordering on the app is that I have to call and tell them that I have an allergy. It does not come up for ordering even though I have GF marked. If this was fixed, it would be 100% perfect!”

“The Meadow Creek Rita’s in Westminster is best Rita’s I’ve ever been to. I have to give credit to the staff especially! We visit just about every Tuesday & Thursday afternoon. Every visit the staff is very welcoming and kind to me and my toddler son (who can be very indecisive on his ice flavor lol) Keep being awesome guys! “I have only tried their ribeye cheesesteak and French fries, but I promise it is one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. Their other food looks delicious, but their cheesesteak is on my mind 24/7. The bread holds up the PILE of meat and cheese so well - soft, delicious, and dependable. It doesn’t fall apart or get soggy. The garlic aioli makes this sandwich even better. The garlic is not over powering and it makes the sandwich so creamy and tasty. They chop their tomatoes a bit so you don’t pull a whole full slice out when you take a bite (I greatly appreciate this attention to detail). The pickle slices are thick and delicious. The fries are thick, but not too thick & battered in a super crispy, delicious coating. I could eat this cheesesteak every day.”

“Let me start by saying I love Classico’s! Best pizza and subs! However the chicken tenders are frozen out of a bag, were over cooked and some burnt no taste. Not up to par with there other items. Over priced for overcooked Tyson chicken tenders 😞. Will stick to what I know is good.”
