“We came last night. A very cozy atmosphere. The owner "Tony" was walking by and speaking to the guests addressing them personally. We ordered the BBQ chicken egg rolls, they were perfectly cooked as well with two orders of the Bubba Tacos. They were phenomenal. Will return again”

It is a "hidden gem" of Carroll County! Staff was very nice, cozy-laid back atmosphere, food was delicious. Jacob is the Manager and very hospitable and making sure everyone was pleased. I would highly recommend visiting!!”

“We have been wanting to try Bud’s for a long time and finally made it. We were not disappointed! Amazing drinks, great Fish special and the seafood sautee was amazing! So much lump crab in the risotto. We will definitely be back soon! Staff and owner were incredibly friendly as well!”

“Picked up curbside takeout. Ordered online. I was so surprised my the lunch serving and price. They brought the food out within a min or 2. The young man was extremely polite and cheerful which is nice to see. My order was correct and the food was hot and delicious! Definitely will get again soon. I got the lunch portion cheese ravioli with meat sauce and it came w a salad and breads sticks for less then $15 including a tip.”

“Sunny and Rik do a fantastic job running this store. Have been a regular for a while because of those two. Always greet me with a smile and a hello. They have perfected my order, so I just walk in the door and they just start making my sandwiches. Food and ingredients are great, but the service from these two is why I keep coming back. “We visited Westminster last Thursday to meet up with my sister who recently moved to Frederick, Md from Hawaii. We stopped first at TownHall Mall and were very impressed with the stores that were open. Disappointed that many stores were only open on weekends. Stopped at Jeannie Bird Bakery for a late afternoon snack. Wow! What a great selection of baked items! We tried some scones which for late afternoon were incredibly fresh and tasty. Also tried a slice focaccia bread which was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly. Their iced tea was remarkable. So sorry that we live in Bel Air an hour away. Would make this bakery our #1 eatery.”

The pizza is one of the best we have had - and we have had a lot! the crust is perfect, the cheese and toppings are fresh and very good and the sauce is perfect. I drove down from Taneytown and now I have my place for pizza and cheesesteak subs. You got me as a customer. Highly recommend”

“Stopped in with my family for the first time today after a long hike. Our server did a top notch job. She accommodated my kid's picky food requests, kept our drinks filled, and provided excellent service. The pizza, pretzels, and salads were delicious. The atmosphere was very casual and easy going. Perfect for us because we weren't exactly looking glamorous in our hiking clothes.

If you are curious about prices, we ordered 3 pizzas, 1 salad, 1 pretzel appetizer, 4 alcoholic drinks, and 2 lemonades. Our total was around $90. To me, it was worth it. These days, $90 isn't too bad. I'll be going back for sure.”

“We had Mission BBQ Westminster cater our wedding at Hummingbird Chateau, and they were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Their communication leading up to the event was impeccable, which made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. On the day of the wedding, the staff was so friendly, professional, and attentive. One moment that really stood out to our family was when my grandmother’s table was dismissed for dinner. A staff member took the time to ask her exactly what she wanted, told her to relax, and personally made her a plate and brought it right to her. That level of care and thoughtfulness meant so much to us and is something we will never forget. Sabrina, the manager, and her entire team were fantastic to work with. They made everything so easy, and we truly didn’t have to worry about a thing. It also helped that they had worked with Hummingbird Chateau before, you could tell everything was seamless and well-coordinated. The food was amazing, the service was top-notch, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Mission BBQ for any event.”

“Was visiting Westminster for the day and saw this was the closest vineyard to us and decided to give it a try. Map directions took me right there and signage was clear on getting from the road to the winery. It is a smaller, more intimate winery but I really love that. We got to chat with who I believe were the owners. The staff were friendly and very service oriented. Everything was clean and well organized. We both opted for the $15 sampling as we've never been there before. Their wines do run on the drier side but they had sweet options available. My friend that only drinks sweet really enjoyed the sangria. I only drink dry and samples the voigner, albarino, chambourcin and cab franc. My favorites were the whites, their reds (that I tried) smelled and taste very high in oxidation to me. I know that can be due to a number of factors and maybe what I was tasting wasn't oxidation but rubbing alcohol is the best way I can describe it. But that's why I enjoyed the sampling, you can find exactly what you like. The voigner and albarino were lovely, voigner took the win for me. It was a lovely afternoon on their quaint property overlooking the vines. The tasting room offers meats and cheeses and you can bring your own picnic. They also had a food truck available. Indoor and outdoor seating in a variety of atmospheres. Very happy with our visit and will be back another time if we're in the area.”

“T.J.’s Corner Grill is the best spot in Sykesville — steak and cheese is bomb, strong drinks, and a bartender named Trish who’s basically powered by caffeine and chaos. She’ll take your order, get distracted by a shiny object, and still somehow bring you exactly what you wanted. It’s part of the magic. Great food, good laughs, and service that’s equal parts heart and ADHD. Loose Cannon always on draft!”

“I had great service and great food here at Lexi’s! I’ve always gotten Ledo’s pizza picked up and brought it home, but u recently came to sit in and it was a great experience. There seemed to be only two servers on and it was a bit busy so I ended up waiting for a bit before being greeted, but that wasn’t really an issue especially because the food came out great and our server was very nice.”

“I have only tried their ribeye cheesesteak and French fries, but I promise it is one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. Their other food looks delicious, but their cheesesteak is on my mind 24/7. The bread holds up the PILE of meat and cheese so well - soft, delicious, and dependable. It doesn’t fall apart or get soggy. The garlic aioli makes this sandwich even better. The garlic is not over powering and it makes the sandwich so creamy and tasty. They chop their tomatoes a bit so you don’t pull a whole full slice out when you take a bite (I greatly appreciate this attention to detail). The pickle slices are thick and delicious. The fries are thick, but not too thick & battered in a super crispy, delicious coating. I could eat this cheesesteak every day.”

It’s nice to have good customer service for once !”

“Let me start by saying I love Classico’s! Best pizza and subs! However the chicken tenders are frozen out of a bag, were over cooked and some burnt no taste. Not up to par with there other items. Over priced for overcooked Tyson chicken tenders 😞. Will stick to what I know is good.”

“Fast service, even though there was a line. The food was delicious, and the place is clean. There's also a drivethru that works smoothly. I'm​ always pleased with Chick Fil-A. Even the bathrooms keep presentable. Also, the workers are polite and helpful. They even bring you your food to the table. The music is pleasant, so it is a good place for the family. However, when you go through drive thru, check whether they give you enough ketchup, mayo, and ranch.”
