“Had a few friends in from out of town and I recommended we try something different. Made a reservation with Old Westminster Winery and we were very pleasantly surprised. It is a "hidden gem" of Carroll County! Staff was very nice, cozy-laid back atmosphere, food was delicious. Jacob is the Manager and very hospitable and making sure everyone was pleased. I would highly recommend visiting!!”

“Recently went to Bud’s at Silver Run with friends after not dining there for some time. I had forgotten why we had frequented Bud’s, food was excellent, owner Ken and staff were friendly and accommodating. We will certainly make an effort to frequent Bud’s.”

“Had a wonderful lunch date with my husband today. The food was fantastic and our waitress Naomi was so friendly and helpful. It was a bit chilly when we first got there and I asked to turn the A/C up a bit. They did and our experience was so pleasant. I had blackened mahi with rice and broccoli. It was delicious! “I discovered this place back in March …and was so impressed with the cozy atmosphere and food , that I started going there 1-2 times a week !! The owners ( Head Chef) Mike and Jessica are always inviting and willing to hang and talk and the bar, wait, and kitchen staff the same ! The main menu always delicious but Chef Mike is always coming up with delicious new menu items weekly ! Their craft cocktails are awesome and ever evolving , with specialty libations every week ! If you haven’t been here … you owe it to yourself ! Tell them Shaun sent you !!”

“My sons and I had lunch there today. The burgers and the fried chicken sandwich were delicious. But what really made our lunch special was our waitress Emma, who was amazing! She was super engaging, friendly, and attentive. She made sure to pace our appetizer and lunch perfectly so we we could enjoy everything and not feel rushed. Great sense of humor too.”

They don't do flights, but they had a 2 for $6 special. If there are 2 of you, you can take advantage and have variety.”

“I just wanted to recognize one of your employees. His name is Skyler and he does an EXCELLENT job at making subs! I've never been asked if I wanted my sub lightly toasted or toasted dark. He's very friendly and funny and just has a great personality. There is a Subway closer to my house, but I go out of my way because Skyler makes the best subs! Also, everything is always so fresh and delicious!”

“My daughter and I have always just ordered the same thing for fear of trying new dishes. However, the buffet was AMAZING and now we know we like lots of things! The naan is made fresh to order and perfect. We highly recommend eating here.”

“While visiting relatives we placed a to go order. We ordered at the bar, service was very friendly. Our order was hot and perfect. Crab cakes and fries with slaw ( which they placed in a separate container so every thing didn't get soggy which I really appreciated). Our relative enjoyed every bite !!! We also got an order of pretzel sticks and they were very good also.”

“The crabs are always heavy, packed full with meat and deliciously prepared. We live in Westminster so we use the Blue Point on Jermor Lane all the time. The staff are polite and friendly and prepare the food well. They have outstanding specials on steamed shrimp, shrimp salad, and steamed crabs.”

“The guy with the shades and tall I think is name was yon or something was really nice and helpful with my order he saw that I was waiting for a little while and stopped what he was doing in the dining room to get my order together in less than three minutes top guy!!!”

“We found this restaurant by accident, and we are glad we did. we got a veggie pizza and a chicken parmesan sub. The pizza is one of the best we have had - and we have had a lot! the crust is perfect, the cheese and toppings are fresh and very good and the sauce is perfect. The chicken parm was absolutely delicious. We will be trying more things on the menu now.”

“I have been in the area for just over a year and this is the best restaurant I have been to in Westminster since moving back to the US after living in Asia for 11 years. I had the Tom Yum Goong and Panang curry (both spicy). Both dishes were delicious and authentic. They have a great selection at affordable prices. The server was so nice and attentive! My only recommendation is to play some nice music. Having a conversation with my friend was awkward because it was too quiet and one feels like other customers are listening. Maybe they could care less about my conversation but still a little uncomfortable. I will be a regular here and highly recommend!”

“The food here is absolutely delicious! There were several servers for each table and they were all great. We ordered five of the rolls to share. I especially loved the Chesapeake roll and Da Bomb. My husband loved the Volcano and the spicy California roll. They also brought clear soup and a crab appetizer free of charge. Loved it!”

“We had a party of 14 to celebrate our Granddaughter's(Izabella) 8th birthday at her favorite restaurant. Rick and Sherry did not disappoint! Accommodated all 14 of us during a busy dinner time on a Friday(1/26/24). They even played a "Happy Birthday" song for our granddaughter. Our server, Kaylissa, was phenomenal. She attended to our every need. Rick and Sherry, we can't thank you enough for helping us celebrate Izabella's birthday!!”

“Love going to Baugher’s farm. They have so much to do. Petting zoo with the cutest donkeys, alpacas, and goats. Apple picking, pumpkin picking sunflowers, hayrides. It has became an autumn family tradition. Love making these memories together and Baugher’s is a great place to do that.”

“I used Starry Night Bakery for my wedding—they made a cake and cupcakes for me and I was beyond pleased with the results. I showed them pictures of what I wanted and they turned everything into real life. I also had them deliver the cake to the barn where my reception was, and I wasn’t sure if they would know where to put it so I had a friend waiting there to direct and/or set things up as needed. She told me afterwards that they took the time to arrange the cake and cupcakes themselves. My husband and I didn’t get to really eat the cake on our wedding day of course, but thankfully we got some pieces afterwards and it was DELICIOUS. The cake is so light and flavorful. I had carrot cake for my top layer and amaretto for the bottom layer, and while both were delightful, the amaretto was to die for.”

“I stopped by Friday April 6th for a coffee with some friends, and the shop motto is definitely correct. I was definitely not a stranger when I left. This is a super friendly and totally chill place to go for coffee, and the owner was so kind and friendly. He even walked me through the coffee bean roasting process and the machine he designed. “Our church has been ordering pizzas from Genova's (almost exclusively) for years now, and the quality, timeliness, and service is always on-point. Over the weekend, we had a large order, and the Genova's team was excellent! Keep up the great work & we'll continue to enjoy your great pizza here at Crossroads Church!”

“Food: Wonton soup, Moo goo gai pan, General Tso's chicken, and shrimp fried rice ALL were very tasty with excellent flavor!! Spring rolls too but ate those before we got home. Very lite and decent size. The sauce for the General Tso's chicken was very thick, not what I was use to but packed a lot of flavor, well spiced and actually had broccoli in it, something we’ve been missing from other Chinese restaurants. The moo goo gai pan was not bland at all! The fried rice was good but missing that wok taste for me, still good nonetheless. Had the peas, carrots and onions in which I find lacking in other restaurants’ fried rice. Everything was reasonably priced, taste fresh and very clean inside for a carry out. We’ve been searching for a good Chinese restaurant and I think we found it! Will be back to try other dishes on the menu.”

The food is terrific and the service staff is very friendly. But it is so tomb like in the diner that you can hear other people chewing. It used to be like Mel's diner from happy days when I was a kid. Now it is way too quiet.”

“The Meadow Creek Rita’s in Westminster is best Rita’s I’ve ever been to. I have to give credit to the staff especially! We visit just about every Tuesday & Thursday afternoon. Every visit the staff is very welcoming and kind to me and my toddler son (who can be very indecisive on his ice flavor lol) Keep being awesome guys! It’s nice to have good customer service for once !”

“I think most people have eaten at Olive garden by now, but for me I will say they have nice salmon. I also really enjoy their endless salad. Not a huge fan of the breadsticks, but that's just me. If you're not watching what you're eating I would recommend ordering a bowl of alfredo to dip them in to make them a bit more exciting. Either that or marinara.”

“I am from out of state helping my father with some health issues. My father said he really likes this Subway and recommended I go there. It has to be the "BEST" Subway I have ever eaten from. Every one of the staff makes sure to great you, they are helpful and polite. The entire place is clean from behind the counter to the dining area. I will continue to make this my choice when I want Subway and will recommend as often as I can.”
