Renee was our waitress this evening and it was her first day on the job. She was very sweet, kind and prompt in service. Her smile lit up the room. Olive Garden in Westminster is blessed to have her as part of their staff!
Stopped here just as they opened. Upon coming through the doors there were 4 women(waitresses) standing and talking to each other. The first thing I noticed was how dirty the floor was. The rugs had scraps of paper all over them and there was just scraps of stuff around the hostess stand. We were seated immediately and we were served the soggiest salad with clearly days old lettuce, and soup that was nothing more than broth and a few vegetables. The server was slow and not very attentive. It took forever for her to bring me a glass of water, to the point my friend gave me hers. The food was good and came out in the right order though.
