The sashwan chicken is very good especially the vegetables because they are fresh and crunchy. I like the fact that they are not cheap with the meat and they will season it to your precise instructions. They are generally pretty quick for walk in service , unless there are many call in orders. The restaurant is clean and they prepare each dish in front of you. The prices are reasonable and its location is convenient. My husband and I have now lived in Carroll Co (Taneytown) for 8 years. The Chinese food in Taneytown has been awful!! We have been driving all the way to Columbia to our old favorite place. First Wok has now replaced the old restaurant! I wanted to try it three times before leaving a review. The food is phenomenal! You get a good amount of quality food for your money. It is delicious! You won't regret trying it.

I don’t eat Chinese food often, maybe about twice a year. My husband and I ordered Orange Chicken last night and it was very good. The chicken was crisp without being dried out. The sauce was dark, dense and sweet. The lady forgot to put our egg rolls in our bag and came rushing out to the parking lot to find us. Very good service!
