As A doordash driver we are in here alot and service is generally good. BUT JOE (I believe mgmt) is extremely friendly and acknowledges us and actually checks on our food If we are waiting! He knows we are dashers, hes friendly as all heck and is always moving!! All while doing 50 other things. Well, this was one of the worst Panera experiences I've had in a while. I guess the restaurant was short staffed, and they got a lot of on-line and in-store orders at once. But, everyone was waiting for a LONG time! There was a line inside that wrapped around the corner of the pick-up area. The manager was trying really hard to keep up, but she just didn't have enough help. They tried filling on-line orders, but the line inside got out of hand. I am definitely not happy about the new items menu I go there for the Napa chicken salad and they didn't even have it antmore!!! I ended up getting a tuna salad sandwich and it was so messy half the tuna was on the outside of the bread I wish I would have taken a a picture of this ugly sandwich and they guaranteed flavor and every bite but all I had was Bread on half of my sandwich because all the tuna was everywhere else.
