Service was personable and food was delicious. My friends and family could not stop complimenting how effortless, enjoyable, and comfortable the event was for all who attended. “Original Pizza review, the Good, the Bad and the Summary.The GoodI went to Original Pizza to try their cheesesteak sub because I heard that it was very good and boy did it NOT disappoint. It was outstanding in my opinion, one of the best cheesesteaks I have ever had. The sub roll was outstanding, it was fresh and had a flavor and texture like not other sub roll that I have had. It definitely complement the the contents which was an ample supply of meat the fixings. The picture does not do this sub proper justice.The BadTheir bathrooms definitely need some repairs and attention. This seems to be a common complaint of mine at many establishments and I'm not quite sure why the owners don't understand that this reflects badly on them. Actually the entire establishment needs some TLC to freshen it up. Which is why I gave an overall rating of 4 stars instead of 5 stars.The SummaryOriginal Pizza is located in the sleepy little town of Union Bridge which is quite adorable and worth the drive if you have never been there. The cheesesteak was excellent and I highly recommend it. I'm anxious to return to try some of their other fare.”

“What a great choice for dining in at a quaint little restaurant. New owners, Anthony & and Amber, are hands-on, have wonderful menu ideas, and are super nice. This place is a must try! Weekly specials are not the same old, same old. And everything my whole family tried was delicious! Save room for dessert...that's pretty great also! It's definitely worth the drive if you don't live out that way. P.S. Can't wait for the ice cream shop to open.”

“Been here numerous times and always great.Happy to welcome Dunkin in Libertytown! Was not an easy or cheap 2yr process, but Frederick County came through. Needed to bring more business back to this great town and Dunkin was a great start. Dunkin (& my co) invested a ton of money making this happen by converting the prior vacant PNC bank branch. Dunkin and the other surrounding small businesses in & near LIbertytown deserve all the business revenue we can afford to give them. Libertytown or anywhere; we gotta support all of our small towns and businesses worldwide even if it means going a couple miles out of the way......or, if it means coming back if you had a not-so-great experience once or read a not-so-great review. “Delicious, fresh homemade food. Everything was so good and our server Billie Jo was so warm and friendly and described all the special dishes in a way that made you want to try them all. I got the Maryland crab soup, the chicken salad sandwich, a delicious sprout salad with cranberries, pecans, and house made balsamic vinaigrette, and we split a slice of cheesecake and raspberry chocolate chip bread pudding. Everything was fantastic and we are definitely coming back!”

“We had an amazing time yesterday. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I enjoyed their west coast IPA (sharing the universe) and their bier de garde (interesting twang- sour with pineapple). They had lots of places to sit outside and we really enjoyed watching and listening to the farm animals. Looking forward to coming back for their bluegrass festival in May.”

I tend to stay away from very hoppy beers, and the knowledgeable bartender steered me in a good direction - I had their blonde ale.In addition to being knowledgeable, I think the bartenders always get the right spot between too chatty and unengaged. I also appreciate the variety of seating options, between bar, regular tables, and the high top tables.I look forward to more visits through the winter!”

“OH MY GOD, where do I begin?!! I have been to and worked at MANY restaurants throughout my life, and I have to say that this one is just about at the top of the list! First, the entire staff was friendly, hard working and on top of everything! Our server Maryann couldn't have been more sweet and attentive. You could tell that she genuinely loved what she does. Secondly, the food was AMAZING!!! Everything that we had was FANTASTIC! Several of us ordered the All You Can Eat. The oysters, clams, mussels and crab legs were so fresh, hot, plump and delicious!!!! The fried shrimp and hush puppies were hot, crispy and delicious!! The crab soup was EXCELLENT! The steak was cooked perfectly. The Chicken Chesapeake was INCREDIBLE and so big that we had to take home half of it. Even the drinks were great. I don't think I've ever been to a place that EVERYTHING was perfect! I was happy for 2 days afterwards just reliving how wonderful everything was. We own a limousine company and from one owner to the owners of this establishment, YOU HAVE MASTERED YOUR TRADE!! I can't wait to get back there again!!”

“Very nice spot! A nice selection of beers, one - but. A good cider - and a partial full liquor bar accompany a slew of delicious pizza pies. We've been a few times this year and the pizzas are excellent. Dang good. Thin crust with fresh toppings. That, along with the split pour beers (two 8.5 oz glasses per pour) make this indoor and outdoor local brewery a nice location with friends. The servers do so with a smile and are quick. Friendly. Clean. Pub Dog Westminster is a nice place to enjoy food and beers. Craft at its finest!”

“So excited about all the great things that are happening with Black Ankle. My husband and I are wine lovers and really have come to love Black Ankle. The wine is seriously the best in Maryland. I am a current wine club member and we recently had the most delightful time visiting your vineyard! Matt was our tasting expert. We learned it was his first time doing the tasting with guests and he is so remarkably knowledgeable, kind, fun and patient. Good customer service is hard to find these days, let alone outstanding! “Had a really nice "between funeral viewings" dinner here. Staff was very accommodating for a soldier party of 10. Service was good, menu was varied. Everything got to the table hot and reasonably quickly. Their homemade chips were really good. My BBQ was very flavorful, nice and moist without dripping sauce. “My buddy and I had a nice stop in this bar after a day of skiing. We got the spicy burger, which was one of the specials (fresh jalapenos/pepper jack cheese etc). Staff was nice and friendly and the food came out quickly.This bar is attached to the assisted living and skilled nursing center above, and was described to us as a way for the residents to see people outside their circles and go out to a bar without the hassle of going out, which I thought was very nice.Prices were great, I think the burger with fries was $10 with a $5 draft beer to boot. If I'm ever in taneytown I'll definitely return for another visit to explore their menu further.”

“Winfield Inn is a local bar and restaurant that serves excellent food. I highly recommend the crab cakes, crab fluff (huge and loaded with lump crabmeat) and shrimp salad. We had a party of 17, all family, and our server was great and very efficient. If you want a romantic atmosphere, this isn't the place. As I said, it's a locals place. Highly recommended.”

On taste of his food and there was no way we wanted anyone else! Rob went above and beyond for our special day, even accommodating a last minute change in food quantity and variety from me. Everyone was raving about the food! Plus as good as everything else was, the cornbread was the best cornbread I have ever tasted! Never had a disappointing dish here, and I've been here about a hundred times (I have come here every other week for the past few years). “Pretty good pizza for being frozen, don’t get me wrong it’s nothing amazing but it’s certainly better than any frozen pizza you’d buy at the store and make at home. Personally I’ve never been a fan of the fresh made pizza at the convenience store across the street from this place, and I actually prefer this frozen over there fresh. I just wish they would have it ready to go cause right now the warmer is just sitting empty and unused.”
