Food is always so AMAZING!!
Best Mexican food in Carroll County! Great service too! ........Updating this post many years after I originally posted it. Been back probably 100 times since then and nothing has changed. Still the best and incredibly consistent.
I always chose Papa J's to go to! I love the food and the drinks when I can get away for one!! This place is the greatest and best to eat at around Westminster!!!! Would recommend to anyone!
