“Really nice cozy place, super friendly staff and owner. Food was reasonable priced. It is geared to gringos (they put lettuce and cheese on tacos) but of course you can get them without. I got the fish tacos and didn’t take a picture but they were awesome.

“First time going. I got the carnitas tacos and they were good. Better than a few other spots in the area. If they acclimate themselves to the customer demographics in that area they will do well.

The atmosphere is unique and feels a bit unfinished. More of an open space to sit. The music was too loud to enjoy a conversation with a friend but it can be a spot to watch the world cup for sure.

I recommend checking it out.“

“Moved to Germantown 3 and half months ago and came here for the first time last night, Judith was our waitress and she was great! Service was fast, food was amazing, the staff were great..even the security people! We got to witness 3 birthday celebrations they do and the performance is quick & fun!! Ricardo came by at the end of our meal to make sure we were good and helped pack our leftovers to go! Great things to say about this place and will definitely be returning. Thank you everyone for the top tier service“

“A hidden gem in an industrial park of wonderful Salvadoran food.

I’ve sampled most of the menu and never been disappointed. Prices are great as well.

The Papusas are incredible, and they sling a mean breakfast burrito as well (get it with steak).

I almost don’t want to write a review lest people find out about my secret breakfast spot but these guys deserve every 5 star review.“

“Overall going here consistently everything is great however something I noticed is that the verde is not being properly made the cilantro is supposed to be blended 4ozs of cilantro salt and 1 bag of verde every time I see it it is looking like someone just finely chopped cilantro and mixed it in. Highly recommend fixing asap to keep quality up.“

“Whenever I’m in Arlington, I can’t resist stopping by Guapo’s. This time, I brought a guest visiting from Texas so she could try one of my favorite spots. We sat in the bar area to catch some college football, and our server was quick and attentive. The food was on point — flavorful, fresh, and just as good as always. Another great visit. “Good foods is a perfect Mexican tacos 🌮“

“This is our first time trying them. At first, I was a bit taken back, being that we paid 52 for 2 burritos(lengua, and Al pastor), with a torta cubana, and 2 glass cokes, At roughly 10 per item, I was very happy with the size of the burrito. It may look small, but they were very generous with the meet.

Flavors: the lengua was very soft, and seasoned very nicely! Not to overwhelmingly season, and just seasoned enough to still be able to get the taste of lengua.

Al pastor: this was done very well! It had a good kick, the meat itself was tender, and not dry. The spices itself weren't overwhelming, and mixed together nicely.

The rice in both were good as well, it didn't feel store bought, which was very nice considering most places use precooked rice🤢

The music wasn't too overwhelmingly loud.

I can't comment on the inconsistency, as this was our first, but be on the lookout for an updated review!!“

“The food is always fresh and high quality. The service is great and they have the same employees almost every time I go which is nice to see. They take their time and don’t rush you through the ordering process. They are very friendly and helpful and even point out available discounts. They offer daily specials and specialty beverages with free refills. Their cutlery is self serve which makes a huge difference especially since many places no longer have that. I also really appreciate the military discount they offer on mondays for 50% off. It’s amazing to have that option especially when many places don’t offer one. Never change! I also recently got catering which was delicious and large portions for a better price compared from competitors.“

“Dulcinea is the definition of hidden gem/hole in the wall. Tucked away next to a storage unit down an industrial road, blink and you’ll miss it. My wife and I came in early on a Friday evening and although it was quiet and we were the only ones in there I had a feeling we’d have a great experience!! The waitress didn’t speak English but we spoke enough Español to communicate what we wanted. Guac, taquitos, shrimp tacos and a carnitas burrito.
Good came out looking and smelling amazing! And boy was it some of the most delicious Mexican food either of us have had in the area. Great vibe in the restaurant, a huge selection of authentic Mexican bites and an amazing, friendly server. You can’t go wrong with giving Dulcinea’s a chance.

“Delicious food, very fresh ingredients. Our table especially loved the excellent salmon, fajitas, pupusas, guac, house-made tortillas, and the amazing chocolate cheesecake. We had plenty of leftovers of everything except the cheesecake, so we bought more cheesecake to take home.\n\nThe staff and new owner were extraordinarily kind, helpful, patient, and attentive to our table with a lot of special needs. Truly gracious. I would give them 10 stars.\n\nThe atmosphere is attractive, comfortable, and welcoming. Quiet enough for easy conversation. “When my husband and I went in there was no line. We got helped right away. We are Latinos and look like Latinos, so we got greeted in Spanish right away. The food tasted good, the chips are then and crispy as I like it. I wish they had better drink choices, especially on the healthier side. I don't drink soda at all, just juice or water and most restaurants don't have many juice options. One of the employees were cleaning while my husband and I ate, so everything was clean and tidy. So far, good experience. We got two entrees, bag of chips, and two drinks for $43.“
