The food was good, although the rice was either overcooked and hard or undercooked. This could have been a unique experience but I have not frequented this location enough to compare.
I saw the cashier being mean. The food is ok but the drinks are horrible 😫
I love cafe Rio but recently they have been more strict with sides. They got rid of the medium sauce/salsa. They also changed the corn salsa recipe. Still amazing food and would go every week if I could.
