I cannot say enough good things about Alisha and Renaissance Chef Catering Company. They helped us pull together an amazing farewell party for the CEO of our Foundation. Renaissance Chef was amazing to work with. They were one of the exclusive caterers for our wedding venue (Mountain Memories at Thorpewood). We requested half of our menu be Filipino dishes which weren't listed on their normal menu. This included being open to work with another vendor on getting a full-sized suckling pig.
