The one on old farm in the morning they don’t mixed the coffee Correctly. You asked for French vanilla they gave you plain flavor ice coffee
Went to drive thru today to get a medium coffee, A cocoa mocha iced coffee, and a box of munchkins and the drive thru went seamlessly until I got up to the window. The order was taken correctly, and my drinks and munchkins were waiting on the counter for 5 minutes while I sat at the drive thru waiting for the guy a woman to stop talking to each other long enough for him to hand my items out to me. Other than that, everything I got was exactly how it was supposed to be.
I had an issue with my drink that I purchased on a mobile order and I had to request a refund from corporate who was absolutely no help and despite that being the process Martha, who works at this location after her getting unhelpful outreach from corporate, was able to fix the situation for me, which I appreciate.
