“I'm a regular consumer at this location and I have to say, the staff is always super friendly.There have been a few times where my order was incorrect.But they've always made it right. But I must say, after seeing the way that your employees handled a disgruntled customer today I was very impressed. Great job, guys, you kept your cool. You kept your composure, you were very kind and very patient. Keep up the great work, guys.!“

“A newer location located across from Fort Detrick that I never knew about...
I was hiking up in the Frederick municipal forest heading down Hamburg road back into Frederick and there it was a Starbucks I never seen before so I stopped in got two drinks..

“I went through the drive through around 2pm today (Monday) and your team was on point! Extremely helpful service and they moved the long line quickly and efficiently. I asked about a Java Chip Frappuccino because I hadn't had one in a long time. Although it is no longer on the menu, they said they could make me one. Can I please tell you that this was the best Frappuccino I have ever had from any Starbucks!! I fear that I will be chasing the perfection of that frapp for the rest of my life. Haha. Absolutely delicious. Whoever made that drink knows what they are doing and should be the corporate trainer. Thanks for the delicious treat and friendly smiles. You guys are the best!!!“

“The food and drinks are great. I've been going here for 10 years, and the service has always been on point. Beyond that? It's apparent that they care about what they do--all of them. Even after all this time, with almost completely different staff, it still feels that way to me.

Maybe part of the reason things feel so warm and laid back for everyone is also because of the atmosphere here. This location seems unique to me from the others I have gone to in the area. It's not minimalistic and bare like some of the other locations around here. There's this Scandinavian, modern-rustic aesthetic with hanging pendant lights and a double-sided fireplace for indoor/outdoor areas to enjoy both. This hits the relaxation vibe everyone needs but that not many other places offer.

Everyone working here puts great care and effort into what they do and the service that they give every day. They deserve to be treated with the same care from customers and from corporate in return.

“Came in here for the second time today. First experience was great. Came back to purchase 3 more drinks and use the bathroom. There was a young lady at the table next to us. There was an empty chair. We asked if it was free and the young lady said, yes.. my dad is right over there. This WHITE man assumes we made her get up and starts going at it with my sister. The TWO workers in there told US o calm down. We weren’t even aggressive. America today SUX. These 3 workers SUCK! And I will never come to this location again,“

“This particular Starbucks is located inside the Giant Food Supermarket at 3530 Sugarloaf Parkway and as such, could be easy confused with the stand alone Starbucks located at 3400 Urbana Pike Urbana, MD.. The photo is from the 3400 Urbana Pike, not the setup inside the Giant Supermarket. Therefore, one hopes that the reviewers do not mix the two locations up inadvertently. As such, there is a limited menu at this location, mostly beverages and cold pastries. The setup was recently moved to the left hand entrance in order to give more room for the customers. The beverages are well prepared, at least for the chocolate Frappuccino's that I like to order. It is a good alternative to the stand alone Starbucks a few blocks away, especially on a very busy Saturday when the drive through at 3400 is really backed up.“

“My mom and I went together for a nice early lunch meal and our experience was pretty good. We came with no pick-up order, but we still got our meal pretty quickly. The sandwiches we got were so delicious and the best part of the meal, my mom got one of the best ones, a ham and Swiss baguette sandwich. However, my mom and I didn’t like our drinks that much, I guess it’s because we ordered coffee knowing we don’t like coffee, lol. But, it was overall a pretty decent experience!“

“It's a crowded shopping center and the drive in entrance can be easily missed as its close to the entrance of the shopping center, so drive slow. Also its in the same building as the panda express 🐼, the two businesses are neighbors.“
