Based on the reviews, the Frederick Trading Post Starbucks is a pleasure to visit. The workers are always friendly and greet customers by name, providing good service. If an order is not right, they will make it again right quick. The drinks are always made by the recipe and refreshing, like the vanilla blonde latte with the sweet vanilla cold foam. One worker was SO SWEET and referred to a dog as a copilot. Another worker, Katie, went above and beyond to fix a coffee from another store. It is the BEST Starbucks in Frederick, always fresh, always fast, and always polite. A "Good Morning" written on a cup with a smiling face is a highlight. One worker, Steven, sang a customer's name with the biggest smile. A suggestion was made to add felt noise reducers to the chairs for a better customer experience, as moving a chair is very loud.
