“We try to stop at this Starbucks when we visit this area. This Starbucks is always busy. It always takes us a long time to get through the drive thru, even if we go inside it always takes a long time. This time we went in, they didn't have milk to make my drink, they only had coconut milk, also they did not ingredients to make a peppermint mocha.“

“I ordered through Starbucks app and it turned out that I ordered from a different Starbucks location not the Purcellville location. I showed the barista my order on my Starbucks app and she told me that it was a different Starbucks location but she’d still make me my order for free. I really appreciated the friendly service.“
