“I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks! I come EVERYDAY! The staff is exceptional! Amy, Luis & Mark are truly the kindest, sweetest souls. I feel welcomed, respected and appreciated at every visit! Their have also been some new faces that have joined and they too are phenomenal!! I order a pretty simple drink but I like A LOT of espresso in my Venti (6 shots) and many many times at other Starbucks they forget or purposely give me a $13 drink with only 2 shots of Espresso (like I won't tell). However, this Starbucks aims to please, if I ever have any issues Amy will assure my drink is either remade or I just have th add espresso if its that easy, they never argue. I think that shows trust in your customer to just do it. I can't say enough about this Starbucks other than Amy, Mark & Luis deserve raises and if they ever leave I'd be devastated, we hospital employees look forward to their cheery dispositions. “It's a starbucks! Friendly people behind the counter you always know when your orders coming up. You can tell they like their jobs they have fun doing it.
I love that they have fun doing it but they're working at the same time they don't stand around on their cell phones like some places“
