“It's Starbucks, not much else to say. Service is always good here. Usual complainers about the speed of service sometimes which makes me laugh, or people not paying attention because they have their nose in laptop or cell and don't hear their name called and want to complain they didn't get order on time.“
“Very pleased with the service I received from the 3 lovely ladies that were working there. After a bad experience at another Starbucks, they were very kind enough to make me a new drink even though they are not affiliated. I offered to pay what I needed to and was told it was okay and taken care of. Very friendly and knowledgeable and I will be coming back to this Starbucks!!“
“I just started going to Starbucks almost a year ago, and I would get the SAME drink over and over in the mornings. Right now, it's currently "out of season," and I hope it comes back VERY soon because I hate experiencing finding an Iced Coffee that I like. This starbucks can get VERY busy because it's in a very popular/busy area; but THIS Starbucks always delivers high expectations. I love that they open early in the mornings too.“
“Veterans Affairs medical center often get a bad rap, and granted some have well earned, however this is not the case with the Martinsburg Veterans Affairs Medical Center. My first visit here for treatment was noteworthy. I was being seen by the eye clinic as a follow from the Columbus, Ohio clinic as I relocated from Ohio to the service area for Martinsburg. I arrived about 20 minutes early which is customary for me The front desk personnel were extremely helpful in guiding me to where I needed to be. The eye clinic staff was delightful and attentive even though I needed to have my eyes dialiatedMy time with the eye doctor was great, with him doing a referral to a eye doctor closer to where I stay to preclude the distance I had to travel. All in all, a five star rating for Martinsburg VA.“
