“The service at this location (Norland Avenue) is beyond exceptional! They’re always super friendly and just go out of their way to be nice. The service at the Wayne Avenue location is the exact opposite. I actually drive out of my way (2 more exits further North) to not deal with the horrible service on Wayne Avenue. Sad but true.“
“The young lady working right now is the first barista I've seen stop to wash her hands between taking an order & starting a drink. She deserves a gold star! And kudos to the manager here for keeping employees top-notch food safety trained.“
“I get the same mocha every time and it’s usually spot one but the last time it wasnt been correct. I did send an email to the company and they responded appropriately. The staff is great and I will go back, but I will try it before I leave to make sure that it says it should be.Edit returned today and it was excellent!!“
