Starbucks in Camp Hill

“Really nice place, seems great to work at. Obviously during peak hours it’s more difficult to get your drink out in under 5 minutes. I usually order a triple espresso with cold foam and love to see writing on the cup! Lately I haven’t been seeing it but that’s ok if it’s busy. Also the name isn’t printed on the sticker as much anymore either. Dillon, Nikita, and Kira always make the best drinks and Ty is always able to cover any mistake made and fix it in under 30 seconds.
Some trouble with the website and mobile order as well as asking for a lot of personal information in the app that I’m sure not everyone is comfortable sharing. Extremely clean and well managed.“

“I’m usually not close to this Starbucks location so it is not one of my usual Starbucks. In fact this was the first time I stopped here. The cafe was pretty empty but between the drive thru and mobile orders it was crazy busy. I’m not sure if that is the norm or not. But the staff was moving.

The girl who took my order was super friendly. I was just told my order would be ready soon but no location. I didn’t realize that they had two pick up spots - one for mobile orders and one for in cafe orders. I stood by the mobile order pick up where all the orders that weren’t drive thru seemed to be being placed. And I waited. And I waited. I did not see my order. I did not hear my name. But as mentioned before they were super busy. I didn’t want to interrupt the employee making the orders and I wasn’t even sure if I could catch his attention. I thought about just leaving but then an employee asked what I was waiting for. I told her. She went to the other pick up counter, grabbed my drink, handed it to me and walked away. (but not in a rude way. She was nice). Then the guy making the drinks explained to me about how they recently changed it to two pick up areas and that even the employees are getting used it. He did offer to make me a new drink but I was tired of waiting and they still had more new drink orders coming in. So I politely declined though I do really appreciate his offer.

The staff was super friendly and they were hustling. Very hard workers. And I definitely take part of the blame for standing at the wrong counter (though due to lack of signage and direction I partly blame Starbucks.). With the delay and confusion I am kind of glad that this isn’t my normal Starbucks cuz meah. Again, I don’t blame the staff who were awesome but I’m not sure I’ll be back to this location (and that only partly because I’d have to go out of my way to go back)“

“My husband and I frequent this Starbucks several times a week. We eat in for breakfast at least once a week and also do mobile orders for pick up. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They make our experience there exceptional! They are always well staffed with people who know how to make the coffees that are offered, always willing to modify if something isn’t just right. To be honest, we love going there and feel like part of the family! If I could give them more stars I would!“

“Obviously, everyone knows Starbucks. In general, as all Starbucks are corporate owned, so there is a consistent standard of operation. For me, this location is convenient since this is the closest full-scale standalone Starbucks. However, my one gripe since day 1 when it first opened (Nov 2014) was there is no direct access for west-bound traffic into the strip mall where it's located. Instead, I have to enter at the light by the Chevrolet dealer - not obvious at all. And I have to go over the world's largest speed bumps along the way.

The service is generally slow. Today was no exception; however, one staff was able to turn the bad experience around. I ordered a Ham & Swiss Croissant and after 18 minutes of waiting and finishing my cup of coffee, I had to go to the counter to enquire about my order. This older staff (didn't get his name) checked his list and apparently my order was no longer there. He apologized, refilled my coffee, and promised I will be taken care of. 2 minutes later, he came over to our table with the warm croissant sandwich. That is great service and much appreciated!“
