“We go to Starbucks every single day every day we get the same thing only half the time here lately so our drinks look good let alone taste rite. I'm really disappointed cuz we spent $14.31 for 2 drinks everyday. If it doesn't change going to go to donkin donuts.“
“Got my daughter an iced mango cream latte and a chocolate croissant. The drive through attendant was super polite, and got our order together quickly. Generally I'm more of a local coffee shop kind of person but this was a good experience.“
“One of the best locations around! They are always cheerful and welcoming! And now with the Dubai chocolate craze, my daughter has a pistachio allergy, so we ask to swap tongs and clean cups and they always do, without complaint. Thank you so much for being amazing!“
“I do not remember his name, but a blonde haired, young guy that is usually a barista on evenings is a fantastic presence at this Starbucks. He's got charisma, engages everyone that walks through the door, and has a can-change-the-world kind of personality. I've been coming to this Starbucks on and off for the past year and he has engaged with me as a customer more in one visit than any barista ever. Its a pleasure visiting this Starbucks, and it has been fantastic engaging with the staff when this guy is around. I know I'll be taken care of when he's on shift. Otherwise, food and drinks are the usual, good quality of a Starbucks. Music can be a bit loud if you plan on studying here, but otherwise calm place to work/study.“
“I have always been an avid Starbucks go-er! I’ve been to all the York locations multiple times. Today my experience was different, definitely rememberable! I had a very rough morning I had to put down my pet at the animal hospital close by, so when I came through the drive through I was still upset and had some tears, when I came to the window I was welcomed by Jada!! She could immediately see I wasn’t okay, and instead of just ignoring that and handing me my order and onto the next customer she smiled and looked at me asking if I liked cookies or cake pops, it took me a minute to understand but I said yeah. She said alright be right back!! Jada came back with a big warm chocolate chip cookie and said I hope your day gets better! Jada deserves this recognition because she simply did more than her job description, she saw someone upset and tried to help in someway and that is a quality we don’t see a lot of now a days! I hope this gets to her and she sees that what she did truly did make my day a little better! Thank you! Keep being you!“
