Starbucks in Mechanicsburg

“I first wanted to start off by saying how excellent the customer service was at this Starbucks. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out me and my mom felt very welcomed and felt right at home. We are coming from out of state so this isn’t our normal starbucks yet we felt even more special than we do when we go to our regular starbucks and that was the first time we have ever been there. Every single staff member had smiles on their faces and were working extremely hard to make sure we were taken care of and had exactly what we needed. There was one amazing woman in specific who was going above and beyond with every customer that walked into the store. Unfortunately we didn’t catch her name but she made sure that everyone was greeted and said bye to. We had the opportunity to speak with her for a couple of minutes and you can tell she genuinely cares about not only the Starbucks she works in but the company as a whole. She made our short time there unforgettable. The hard work from all of the staff definitely didn’t go unnoticed and they were all more than amazing. Thank you for making our time there special and thank you for being so welcoming. If we ever come back to PA we know where to go! Big thanks to all of the staff! Keeping working hard and being the kind souls you are because if we noticed it others most definitely do as well! Whoever is in the area or just passing by, make sure to take a stop here because this is the place to go!“

“Shout out to the girl who was working today at 3:30PM and made my Venti Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha. She definitely knew what she was doing and even put Lt ice despite not requesting it but it was so good! She made it really well and was very prompt and nice :)“

“Drinks are like any other Starbucks and can be a bit slower because they're usually short staffed but you can't even be angry. They have a worker there named Ron and he is so wonderful and kind. He brightens my day because he is so happy and cheerful. I hope they appreciate him very much because he's what makes this place a 10/10.“
