“I went to Starbucks with my mom and wasn’t sure what I wanted as it’s not some where I normally go. The manager made a suggestion and it wasn’t something I loved and then he made me something else and he was perfect. They were so nice about everything, we will definitely be back when we come back to Mechanicsburg.“
“I've ordered here a ton (always a pink drink with chocolate cold foam) and they're always great. Today though was amazing!! The two employees working were so sweet and kind. I cannot stress enough how great they are!!! Thanks again, Emma and Mirella!!“
“Drinks are like any other Starbucks and can be a bit slower because they're usually short staffed but you can't even be angry. They have a worker there named Ron and he is so wonderful and kind. He brightens my day because he is so happy and cheerful. I hope they appreciate him very much because he's what makes this place a 10/10.“

“Shout out to the girl who was working today at 3:30PM and made my Venti Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha. She definitely knew what she was doing and even put Lt ice despite not requesting it but it was so good! She made it really well and was very prompt and nice :)“
“This is NOT the place to stop if you’re looking for a fast bite at a busy time. Placed a mobile order on a Sunday afternoon and they got the food done on time but no drinks! After waiting a full 30 minutes I resorted to asking the young man at the mobile order station if our drink was coming soon and received a very rude attitude and “I’m too slammed!” Luckily one of the other baristas heard the exchange and took the time and initiative to ask for a name, check the orders and let us know the drink would be up soon. She also took care of it personally and apologized for the delay.
Sad to say the level of service depends completely on the individual baristas. Starbucks, you need to train better in customer service!!
Otherwise this is a bright modern Starbucks with a drive through.
The parking lot is tight and we have been several times when the drive thru line blocks the parking area.“
