“Anyone complaining about slow service should understand this skeleton crew gets slammed every morning. They're out of sandwiches by 11, are working to understand the new app system, and are trying their best to serve a large portion of hospital staff and patients. Every time I go, they're friendly and will joke around and have even helped me make custom drinks when I told them what I'm craving. If you treat them like humans, I'm sure you'll find they're more willing to work with your complaints.
Vegetarian options: There is the impossible morning sandwich and labeling for vegetarian food options.
Kid-friendliness: Being next to a pediatric department, a lot of kids come through and staff are on their best behavior and will make little ice water drinks for young ones so they can match their mom.
Dietary restrictions: There is a sign for dietary restrictions, but you can ask the staff for specifics and they will do their best to work with your particular restriction. You can look things up ahead of time on starbucks website.“
“Very pleasant experience, my order was very quick and made exactly to my taste. Also another positive thing is the wait time which is short. No issues with the place or service everything is up to standard and their coffee and frappuccinos do not disappoint.“
“I placed a mobile order for a drink and a cheese Danish through DoorDash and accidentally went to the wrong Starbucks location to pick it up myself. When I explained what happened, I told the team I was about to place another order here since I didn’t want to drive back to the original location. They didn’t have to do anything, but they offered me a credit for my drink and Danish on the spot. Their kindness and professionalism really made my day. It might not seem like a big thing, but it meant a lot to me.“
