“Used the drive through, and my kid had to pee before we could pay. I pulled around, we went to the bathroom and they let us pick our order inside no problem. I also added some items and the staff were awesome and helpful. They should all get raises.“

“Hospitality is not lost on the staff at my favorite Starbucks in Lancaster. Today, I realized—after standing there longer than made sense—that I’d placed my mobile order at the wrong location. When a staff member kindly asked the name I was waiting for, it all clicked.

We exchanged knowing glances and I sheepishly asked, “Can you make it here?” Without hesitation, they walked me to the register, asked what I’d ordered, and handled everything with calm, confident grace.

Yes, that’s excellent customer service—but it’s more than that. This team embodies hospitality in a world where it’s become a rare delight.“

“Coffee is good but why does it take so long to get a tall pike? I could see my coffee sitting at the machine but no one was bringing it to me. This actually happened more than once and not just walk in. It also takes a long time to order and receive my order at the drive thru. We could hear so much chatter from the drive thru speaker.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks! The crew is amazing, they always have positive attitudes, and the best service. The morning crew especially always makes my day start with a smile. Kate, Nya, and Anna are the absolute best!! I have been to many Starbucks but this one is my favorite. I drive an extra 15 minutes to work every morning to go to this store.“

“This Starbucks has a beautiful drive-thru! The large planters around the property are gorgeous and really make the location stand out. Everything looked well maintained and inviting.

The drive-thru was a little slower than expected, but the quality of our order made up for the wait. Our drinks were made perfectly and tasted great.

“Great location, but just can be a bit busy!! We've come here multiple times and it's a convenient spot right at the mall. The quality of the food and drinks are just like the others - very good and delicious. Service is good as well.The main complaint is that it can be a bit busy and it's small inside. The last time we went, there was one cashier and we waited in line about 5 minutes before ordering. But despite this, it's a nice location overall!

Vegetarian options: Most drinks are vegetarian, and many of the food items are.

Dietary restrictions: They have almond milk and oak milk I think

Parking: There's a large parking lot at the mall. It can get busy but hopefully you'll find a spot even if it's farther away.

Kid-friendliness: Good for kids overall

“I would have give a 5 star review. But here is the reason why I didn’t… first I repeated multiply times to the Starbucks barista about my order. I order 2 venti Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino both with whipped cream. I also order 1 venti Strawberry Frappuccino & 1 venti Vanilla Crème Frappuccino. When I receive the drinks I knew something was wrong with it. They made Matcha Green Tea Latte instead! I clearly asked a Green Tea Frappuccino! Overall experience 8/10“

“It's Starbucks. It's caffeine, it's expensive it's good. If you're used to folgers it's going to be bitter and strong. If you like espresso drinks and strong coffee enjoy.I mean sometimes a corporate drive up window and a snazzy app beats inconsistent local shops.“
