“I haven't been inside, I've only visited the drive thru, but almost every coffee I've gotten since they opened has been on point. It's the only Starbucks in Lancaster where the coffee is consistent and just right (what I've come to expect from Starbucks). I'm ashamed to say how much I go through Starbucks drive thrus around the county, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the drink they put in your hand is far and above the rest of the locations. Not sure why the others have such inconsistent drinks, but it's annoying. So happy this one opened up.“
“This store is always so friendly! Always greeted by the ladies especially the morning ones and they are all so nice and welcoming. The environment is great with lots of seating for work and a great atmosphere with even outdoor seating with a light up fountain. One of the nicer Starbucks I have actually been too. It's a great place to see people and be a regular for them moving forward!“

The quality of the food and drinks are just like the others - very good and delicious. Service is good as well.The main complaint is that it can be a bit busy and it's small inside. The last time we went, there was one cashier and we waited in line about 5 minutes before ordering. But despite this, it's a nice location overall!Vegetarian options: Most drinks are vegetarian, and many of the food items are.Dietary restrictions: They have almond milk and oak milk I thinkParking: There's a large parking lot at the mall. “I would have give a 5 star review. But here is the reason why I didn’t… first I repeated multiply times to the Starbucks barista about my order. I order 2 venti Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino both with whipped cream. I also order 1 venti Strawberry Frappuccino & 1 venti Vanilla Crème Frappuccino. When I receive the drinks I knew something was wrong with it. They made Matcha Green Tea Latte instead! I clearly asked a Green Tea Frappuccino! Overall experience 8/10“

“It's Starbucks. It's caffeine, it's expensive it's good. If you're used to folgers it's going to be bitter and strong. If you like espresso drinks and strong coffee enjoy.I mean sometimes a corporate drive up window and a snazzy app beats inconsistent local shops.“
“I really drove up for a Chai Tea and a White Chocolate Hot drinks. I enjoyed these two drinks often. Unfortunately these two didn't survive the way home. The cups were defective and leaked. Unfortunately the bag tore when I reached my destination. No drinks but one hot mess. I called the restaurant and left the manager know and she graciously offered to replace. Excellent customer service by far!Parking: In front of store are approximately 10+ spaces shared with the other store.“
