Yesterday I called Starbucks to discuss a negative experience and the manager seemed willing to listen, he offered a solution and on the phone, at the time, I accepted that solution but later on while discussing this experience with someone else and given further thought, I changed my mind and thought, why would I only be offered $4.00 off on a new drink where I will still have to purchase another one when not only did they mess up my order after paying and tipping on a $7.00...read full review
