Made an online order , drive thru line was a bit long so decided to go inside. Requested to switch the drink I had ordered, went to pick up and informed the very nice worker (Jake) and he just let me keep the other drink I ordered. Super nice and welcoming :)
This Starbucks has to be the most Clean and Friendliest establishment I have been to by far. From the minute you walk in until you leave your treated like they have known you for years. 10/10 for this branch 💯
Best Starbucks in Lancaster. Everyone working here is so kind. My friend and I normally come here on Fridays and each time we are greeted with kindness and love. They always make the drinks correct and almost always perfect.

Starbucks offers a convenient drive-thru service with a speedy and friendly process. The staff is reported to be nice, and the outside of the restaurant is clean. However, there have been issues with cup leakage and bag tearing, leading to spilled drinks. The restaurant's special coffee and bagels with cream cheese received mixed reviews, with the "everything" bagel lacking the expected rock salt, potentially indicating that it is not made on site. Parking is available with around 10 spaces located in front of the store.
The manager was reported to have excellent customer service and offered to replace the defective drinks. Customers have praised the welcoming atmosphere, with baristas eager to help and provide a sense of comfort. The employees are described as patient and friendly, and one employee, Hunter, was noted for offering to take a group picture for a team's Secret Santa party. The drinks and food are also said to be amazing, making this Starbucks one of the best that customers have visited.
